The store @ Ridgeland does not treat with hospitality when returning items! I don't like going to that store because of the nasty attitude the employees have unlike Dawn @ Dogwood! It is worth the extra trip to Dogwood if I have a return to get treated descent! I'll b spending my money @ dogwood from now on instead of making me feel like I'm committing a crime for returning something!

I bought a bra at the end of September and a metal clasp on the strap broke as I was taking it off on December 1st (making it unwearable). I took the bra into Soma knowing they would exchange it for me since it was basically brand new and obviously defective. The ladies acted like I was insane for wanting to exchange/return the bra. They told me I was past the 60 day window for returns and they couldn't do anything. I 100% get the return policy, but this was a defective item on day 70ish. I ended up calling the 800 number and was told that since the strap broke they could swap it, then told I couldn't exchange it because it had been washed. They also told me some garbage about the life of a bra was only 90 days. Seriously? Because I know exactly zero women that wear a bra for 3 months and replace it. Soma's bras may actually only be good for 90 days because about a month later an identical bra (bought on the same day as the first one) broke in the exact same way. I have always had good experiences with Soma in the past, but I'm still in disbelief that they wouldn't stand by their products. I guess I would be less surprised if their products weren't higher end.
