This place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, it doesn’t even deserve one star. I went in on a Saturday a wondered why no one in there, (on A SATURDAY) that’s strange for not one customer to be there. Anyway so I took a chance on it, the shop appeared to be dirty, towels were filthy, manicure and pedicure chairs were outdated, the workers had their children there. It was difficult to enjoy my pedicure while hearing the screaming of young children from the back. I asked for the color palette book, when I received it, it was torn apart an dirty, then the color I chose they didn’t even have, the worker stated the colors were being ordered, (really), anywho she finished my pedicure, I asked to get a polish change an repair on my nails, she stated the lady that does nails hasn’t arrived yet, I was over it at this point, so I paid her 50 dollars for my service. Not even five minutes after leaving the salon, my paint chipped!!! I had to return back an let her fix it. I have never experienced such a bad encounter in all of my years of going to a nail salon. So to sum my review up, I see why no one was in there to begin with. Stay away from these ppl at all costs

Didn't get a chance to get my nails done and won't go back. I was told the nail tech wasn't there today.

I was visiting family in Jackson and needed a pedicure. Pinky was my nail tech. I went on a Friday and paid $50 for a basic pedicure and gel polish, the next day Saturday the polish started to peel. I went back and she repolished only the nails where the peeling took place. I asked her if she should repolish all of the nails and she said no. Monday, I wake up to peeling polish again. I went back to the nail salon before leaving town and again I asked if they should polish them all. She only repolished where the peeling took place. So guess what today, I have peeling polish again and I'm back home. I just wasted $50 and now I have to go to another nail salon to get my toenails polished correctly. Please avoid this filthy establishment. They have no clue of what they are doing. The shop is filthy and so are the technicians.

One of Asian nail techs thinks that it’s appropriate to yell “NO n*gga” to someone on the phone in front of black customers. If you’re okay with non-black people using that word ,and thinking they can just cause they have a child with a black man this is the place for you….Services: Pedicure

Filthy, filthy, filthy. I walked in and asked how long for a pedicure. The guy tells me "pick a color". Which in most salons means you're next or close. I was directed to sit down and put my feet in the tub. I sat there for 48 minutes!!! No one spoke to me, no one acknowledged I was there or even let me know when it would be my turn. As I looked around, I noticed how dirty and disorganized the place was. I'm from out of town, so I went left after 50 minutes. Went to the salon in the mall across the street. Very clean, very nice!!

The owner polished my toes at 5:50 PM - 6:15PMThen Soaked my nails so I could get a full set. She finally came to check on me at 6:40PM she took the old nails off then asked can I come back tomorrow. It was 6:40, they didn’t close until 7.You mean to tell me you own the place and couldn’t stay open 30 min pass your closing time to complete my full set. To ask a customer to come back tomorrow mid servicing is just unacceptable. This location will not get anymore of my money. She did not care either.Services: Gel manicure

I thought it was odd a nail shop near a busy mall was near empty on a Saturday afternoon, but I went in anyway.......... long story short, the older lady in the shop filled the pedicure tub with cold water and chose a chair that didn't work to do my service (ALL OF THE OTHERS WERE EMPTY). When I questioned the water temp and functionality of the chair, she says none of them work. If you don't want to serve obese people, just say that!

They rush. They did Pedicure in 5 minutes and I got a fill in overlay. He filed my nature nails down too low. I paid 95 dollars just to get. I would give a negative star but I don’t have that option.Services: Pedicures

I went to Rose Nails on Sunday evening and received a horrible pedicure service. They left polish on the side and under my toes. The polish wasn't applied evenly on all toes. My toenails were cut uneven. This service was awful.
