Saw us as a new patient and quickly diagnosed my dog with a drop off appointment. The front desk, Bella, was amazing, she's so organized and was multi tasking the whole time I was there. She knows your pets name when you walk in. The vet was sympathetic, quick, and gave us everything we needed and answered all our questions.

The visit was lovely! The female vet, Dr. Lloyd made me feel very comfortable and safe with my freshly six week old puppy Splat. Our vet tech Peyton was also very warm, welcoming and very kind to me! They answered every question I had in detail. Further past that, despite the clinic being busy they both made me feel as if there was no rush along with listening about all of my other dogs (I have three more at home) and not a doubt in my mind will I bring all of the other dogs at home here. This vet experience has been the best I have had ever. Period. I would highly suggest coming here!! - Thank you so much from a very happy owner!

Great vets, great staff! From folks at the front desk who get to your pet and their needs to the vets who take the time to talk with you and give you a full understanding of any issue you pet has with practical solutions, they're the best! They have always had my full trust and total appreciation.

I love this clinic! Its such a comfort to have vets and clinic staff that make you feel like your fur babies are safe and in good hands. The vets and techs really listen to your concerns and involve you in every step of their treatment plans.

Extremely nice vet! Went above and beyond helping me with issues dealing with my elderly dog. He even took the time to call me personally after I called the clinic to ask another question. Definitely recommend.

Dr. McClure and her staff are amazing. They are always very upfront about what is best for your animal and give you options as well so you feel part of the treatment decisions. It’s the only place I will take our dogs.

My family has used Ridgetowne for as long as I remember, so it was only natural to continue to go to them as I grew up, moved out and got my own pets. They always greet you with a smile and take the extra step to make you and your animals feel comfortable. Particularly today with my nervous rescue pup, the ladies were so helpful to get Pierce to come inside and sit through his exam so well!

This is the most caring and competent vet in this area. Even tho some people object to having to drop off for evaluation, they keep barking dogs away from cats. Dr. McClure is Top Notch. According to the admitting symptoms they triage very carefully and promptly. I would whole heartedly recommend Ridgetowne Animal Hospital.

Dr. Madelyn Lloyd was so kind and caring with my dog. Explained what we need to do to get him well and said they will call tomorrow to check on him! Our vet retired a few years back and I’m so glad we finally found a great set of vets close by!
