Always a welcome from the awesome folks working the front desk. In this hot Mississippi summer, I forego walking trails and come to PF for the treadmill and it is always a comfortable temperature! Clean facility and every kind of person from age, gender, race, sexual orientation, national origin, etc. getting along and thriving because of PF values of everyone belonging! Keep up the good work! Best gym ever!

It was good, they have alot of cardio machines like treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, rowing machines, as well as alot of weight machines for all muscles, plus free weights and squat area. I had a great workout and if you are a black card member, there is tanning and massage therapy. Try it out if you're looking for a gym or just passing through and have a few days.

HORRIBLE customer service experience today with the bearded guy with glasses who was working the front on July 10th at 12:45 pm. They way he coped an attitude with me was not cool at all. I come here to relieve stress not to gain it! He stressed me out by demanding that I take a picture. I already added a picture to my profile. Why do I need to take another? I said I would do it next time, and he kept on with it. Also, the lady with curly hair did not help by rolling her eyes at me. Ma'am I can see you! It's not good, considering I JUST signed up for a membership! Please get someone else to greet your clients because these two are rude and unwelcoming! 0 stars to you both! Maybe I should check out surrounding gyms because this made me NOT want to come here again. Definitely NOT a judgment free experience as advertised!

Excellent choice for this area! The gyms here are ridiculously priced, but PF is affordable, the staff is helpful and accommodating, and it's easy to get to!

I go here a few times a week and the equipment is always clean and in working order, every staff member is super nice and always makes sure to greet you and see you out every single time, have not had one bad experience here

It has everything I need. Best Gym experience I've ever had. I have high anxiety and planet fitness has been a Godsend for me. It took me 4 years to walk through the front door because of my anxiety. My daughter asked me for the 100th time did I want to go to the gym with her and I said yes. I go all the time now. The gym experience was awesome and none of the anxious thoughts I had were valid. It's an amazing environment and easy to use all amenities. I love they are open 24 hours so if my OCD anxiety loops are higher during the day, I can always go at night. The people that use the gym and the staff create a friendly cohesive environment. I hope this helps.

I love my Planet Fitness experience at my location! Planet Fitness provides a safe and fun environment to better yourself and meet other people. I've never felt judged at Planet Fitness, only accepted. I would highly recommend this gym over the other gyms around my area.
