I stopped by this floral shop to pick up flowers for an event at the last minute. Their team custom designed a beautiful arrangement for the program in Carthage. It was a show stopper.

The delivery was quick but three of the flowers in the bouquet were substituted for other flowers that looked cheap and from the grocery store. The greenery in the arrangement looked dead and was also substituted. I understand substitutes, but the substitutes were not of equal value. Called and the customer service was extremely sub par and offered no discount or real solutions. But if you want it fast and are fine with paying florist prices with Kroger quality, this is a good option.

I do not live in the area, but I have needed to send flowers to 2 funerals in Madison/Ridgeland over the past year. Mostly Martha’s has a large selection online, and I found the process easy to navigate. I attended both funeral services, so I was able to see both flower arrangements in person, and I was completely satisfied.

I purchased the most stunning coral and indigo arrangement right out of the cooler. Sincerely wish I lived closer because Martha's would be my go-to from this point forward!!

They delivered BEAUTIFUL flowers on Valentines day for my grammy. timely deliver & she LOVED them. they were exactly what I ordered. the lady on the phone was so nice when I called to get an update on them & I got a confirmation email when they were delivered. would use again!

Ordered two arrangements for my wife and daughter to be delivered on valentine's day. Both arrangements were exactly as pictured. The bear and chocolates were great. Service and arrangements were exactly as expected.
