My wife wears wigs and they cut her hair perfectly to specifications in order for her to wear them comfortably.

Tracy Holliday is arguably the best stylist and colorist in the State! Third visit today and every time my hair looks better and better. The cut is so well done that it grows out perfectly and the color does not damage my hair or change over time. She also makes the visit fun!

DESERVES ZERO STARS! racist af… im a muslim who wears the headscarf and as soon as i go in im not greeted at all so i take a seat… i had scheduled an appointment at 1:30pm and go in at 1:36pm and they said the stylist just walked out (like are you kidding me? so irresponsible!) so anyways they take me at around 2pm and another stylist goes “you have a lot of hair so we can’t do it for you” like did you not go to school and learn how to deal with all hair types?!
edit: thank you, Hope Ladner, for your comment to my review but seeing the way things went with me and the fact no one reached out after I posted my review is proof enough my review was well-deserved! I appreciate your apology though, we need more people like you! :)

Sarah Dieban, I’m sorry you had a bad experience at Luxe Salon. I have been a client there a long time. I also happened to be in the Salon at the same time you were today. I think one of the points of confusion for the staff was, in fact, that the person you had an appointment with left. However, it seems, at least from her perspective, you failed to confirm your appointment and you were late. That may not make it better, but it was an honest mistake. The person that realized you hadn’t been helped was trying to see if she could help you. I don’t know what services you asked for, but I do know she told you she didn’t have time to do what you were asking for because she had a client waiting. I was her client waiting, and my service took two hours. I remember looking when you sat down and took of your scarf because I thought, “wow, her hair is gorgeous!” The comment about the amount of hair has to do with determining time it takes for color/highlights. She’s told me I have a lot of hair several times, but it’s in the context of like, “Hey, do you also have time to do a Brazilian on me today?” “I don’t know, you have a lot of hair, and I only have 30 minutes to my next appointment” or something like that. I know you aren’t likely to go back to Luxe, but maybe my response will ease your mind a little. I truly do not believe there was any racist intent. It was an unfortunate chain of events. I’m sorry you were hurt by them though.

Great place to get your hair colored and cut! I’ve been to Memrie for years now and have recently gotten my hair done by Paula and she’s great as well. Nice clean atmosphere with good music.

I had my first haircut with Kristen today and was pleased. I received a bob haircut with long layers and thinning. The salon was very clean, modern and the staff was warm and inviting. Great location and safe.
