Libby Story is one of my favorite local boutiques offering items in a wide price range. Customers receive purchase points based on dollars spent that add up quickly. You can apply those points to future purchases which really helps on items that are more expensive. In addition, they mail coupon cards to customers that help when making a purchase. In addition to clothing they offer a small selection of shoes and accessories.

The perfect store for the free spirit, wildflower of a girl in our lives. I immediately thought of my niece, who coast through her days with ripped jeans, cutesy shredded tops, and hobo bags. I must say, it's a big store; I mean really huge which means the options were endless, which is a plus! I had fun pairing so many pieces together like a pair of pants or skirt with this shirt, tube top, or duster. A big bonus is the jewelry selection, it's hung up on stands, and displayed nicely! It's a vibe, as the young folks would say!

I am an older woman . Went in with my Great Niece for her to shop and ended up finding a lot of thinks I Loved ! The Sweet Ladies that waiting on me were beyond helpful . Will defiantly be back and recommend to my friends .

Awful experience, really disappointed especially since Libby herself was involved. I am from out of town and Libby Store was one of my favorite stores. I have spent quite some time and money here. I got two items for Christmas at Libby Story, and because I live in New Orleans, was not able to bring back until 2 months later. I had receipts for both items. They would not even allow me to get store credit. Even after contacting Libby, THE STORE OWNER HERSELF, she would not allow it. I will no loner shop here and would recommend you don’t either. Especially after having such an awful experience with the owner. Libby was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Ladies, take your money elsewhere.

I was just in this store, and let me just tell y’all.. 10/10 experience for me. When you first walk in, it can be a little overwhelming. There are clothes EVERYWHERE. I was shopping for an outfit for a specific event and the girls working styled me head to toe. Everyone was so helpful and sweet to me. Will definitely be back in this store!

First impressions are everything.I walked in & wasn’t greeted. Ok, maybe no one saw me enter. Continued to look at shoes and clothes, locked eyes with a floor associate... still not a word. Continued to shop, then I noticed 2 associates behind the counter (just standing there doing nothing). I stood directly in front of them at the counter, they both looked at me & looked away.Not going to pull the race card but the customer service was a -0. I will NEVER stop here again.

The staff is always so sweet to me and helpful, and they have been taking COVID very seriously which I very much appreciate (masks, cleanliness, etc). The clothes here are super unique & make up probably 1/4 of my entire closet. I think that they can occasionally be over-priced, but overall, I love LS :)

I love Libby story. But the last several times I’ve been in there (my friends say the same!) the customer service has just not been all that great. I don’t know what has changed. No one checking on you or anything. If I’m spending lots of money in a place I would like to be greeted! I hope this changes soon because I would love my experience again with Libby Story!
