I always enjoy shopping (sometimes browsing) at Lee Michaels. My personal jeweler, Cynthia, is very knowledgeable of the stock and knows my taste. I appreciate how she greets me and is always patient while I shop and when we part she always thanks me for coming in. Lee Michaels has beautiful jewelry and I feel there is something beautiful for all tastes and budgets. Please be sure to stop in and be prepared to be dazzled!

The associates are always friendly and helpful. They are not pushy They let you browse without pressuring but are there if you need to get a closer look at a piece of jewelry and happy to show you whatever you want to look at. Love this place

I left a rare watch for cleaning and new battery. Sales people had not heard of it. Watch repairman did an excellent job. The sales people are smart to defer to their expert They did an excellent job!!

My experience at Lee Michaels was top tier, from the entrance all the way to the exit was amazing. While there, Trae took great care of me. He made sure that I was knowledgeable about what I was purchasing and also gave a store tour on other things to purchase in the near future. The staff and atmosphere was amazing they made sure I was good and hydrated. Thank you

Totally off the chart! Went in for a battery replacement on my sons watch. They didn’t have the band that they thought he needed, for said watch, the gentleman ( a real one) took the time to get serial numbers and actually call the company it was bought from! Now that my friends is A+ customer service!
