My order pick up time was between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. I checked in around 2:30. At 3:25 my was still not delivered. I called in twice and spoke to a Manager the second time. He basically said we'll get someone on it. My order finally arrived. However, individuals who arrived after me received their orders.

I don’t usually leave reviews however, today I met someone who is of a managerial position. His name is Shelby. He is one of the sweetest men I have met. He was very friendly to an older man while assisting him and I just overheard it and wanted to put it out that he is a very good man and if you have questions, concerns or disputes, I would suggest ask for Shelby. I feel like he would do his best to genuinely help. We need more people like Him and today’s day and age.

I bought some cooked shrimp with cocktail sauce from this location and when I got it home it was slimy and I ended up just having to throw it all out. This is the second time I've gotten bad seafood from this location.

This Kroger has been better in the past. When things are missing from a pick up order, other Krogers give me a credit. This one makes you drive back to the store to prove < ? > you didn't get something then give you a kroger card. I thought the I-55 Kroger was bad, this is worse. On top of that please don't ask the staff to help you, you may interrupt their phone call that they seem to be on for their entire shirt. Store is an older thus tiny and always crowded in the narrow isles with displays and bric a brac. We need more Aldi's so these poor cousins of Food Lion can finally draw their last breath.

The most disgusting Kroger I ever been too. Cashiers also have an attitude problem. I’ll stick to going to the Kroger in Madison.

I don't live too far from this Kroger's but every time I come in in the mornings I can never get any tobacco products. I try to make one stop so I don't have to go to a gas station to get cigarettes. There is never a manager around for help and the ppl that do have a "key" it's doesn't work. Also I think it is very rude and not customer oriented when they younger staff is on there phone making personal calls and they lady at the check out can't get her attention to help me or anyone else because she too busy on the phone while counting money and dropping money on the floor. I hate Walmart I go to Kroger's for convenience now it's become a hassle and this is the 3rd time. Please do better
