Terrible customer service over priced no refund on anything sell hollow jewelry for the price of solid gold owner is very unprofessional they lie about there policy overall never shop here if u want jewelry I will never shop here again period they are not people you want to deal with for anything

Terrible customer service they sell hollow cuban links for the price of solid cuban links the owner lies will tell u they refund u but they won't . If I could do over I would never shop there again. Their gold has alot of imperfections and there overpriced. The foreign sale guy also will tell you anything to get you to buy there. They also will try to lowball you on your gold I wouldn't recommend trading any of your gold or jewelry there because they will try to cheat you out of it like. I got cheated and I tried getting a refund
and just get my gold back thy acked as if they where going to give it back then the own ghosted me. So I tried disputing it. There word is not to be trusted none of them are fair on any of there gold or prices so buyer beware never shop here if you want to get fair and good deal this is not the place bad service all around I hated to even give a 1 star but that's the ony way I could write a review there's are other places to shop and kris jewelry isn't it. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BISSINESS BUREAU!!!!

Sold me fake 10k gold. They advertised my jewelry as 10k but in actually it sticked to a magnet absolutely unacceptable. Be careful guys shopping at these local jewelry stores. Ask them to put a magnet to your gold jewelry before you buy. Absolute scam. I've spent over $1600 with this store and none of my pieces were real wowww blows my mind. All three ropes and pendant is absolutely fugazi smh.

If I could give negative I would!!!!! Sold me and my boyfriend FAKE gold necklaces. I am not one to buy jewelry but I sat here and put my trust into them to get my first REAL gold necklace and it all was a SCAM and don’t come under here with no deep apology I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! 3 gold chains not worth a dime I am upset and mostly disappointed!!!!

Horrible customer service. Opened the door for some kids but not for a successful businessman like myself. I just needed batteries for my watches before my trip to tripoli... never againYou say 12 but let those kids in at 1130? I couldn't get 2 batteries. It would've taken all of 10 min for both. This is why I don't visit common malls that do shady biz in your face and make up rules aa you go along..
