The customer service here was awful because I wasn’t serviced at all. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. When I walked by the front counter with 3 people standing there, I spoke first because it seemed like no one was going to speak. I asked an employee if a shoe was $129 because it wasn’t priced, he responded “yes, I’m pretty sure.” He didn’t offer to go double check. Mind you, I was dressed comfortable so maybe they assumed I wasn’t going to buy. I went 2 places before coming there, and didn’t find the color I wanted. I found it there, but ordered them online instead because I didn’t want to give them my service. Also, I saw another review that had a similar experience to me.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Since we had time constraints, they had no hesitation to find what we needed at other stores if they didn't have it. Clothing was very nice and I will remember them for future purchases.

I own a business and long ago learned that I could never predict what a customer would spend with me based on how they were dressed. I’m from out of town but like to shop here when I’m in the area. It never fails that I’m looked up and down when I step in, and I’m usually dressed in regular old stuff in which I feel comfortable but which isn’t impressive or expensive in the least. When I begin to buy, the attitude changes at this store, but I was met today, before I could even close the door, with a harsh “How can we help you?” A greeting would have been nice, first. So I really didn’t want to buy anything from that moment on, but I did look around. Nice, well-made clothes are in abundance. Ridgeland’s population is changing dramatically, and the Powers That Be at this store might need to think about that. I can’t see many of the clientele they seem to want continuing to live in that area, so it might be a good idea not to turn away business. They might also need to realize that one can get the majority of their stock online at less cost.

Fantastic boutique. Wonderfully classy taste. Friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented staff. Here's my story.I needed a men's suite last minute for a next-day meeting. The owner opened the shop just for me after hours, gave me an incredible deal, and even had the suite altered within 2 hours and dropped it off at my house that night for the next day meeting! Just INCREDIBLE.

The peeps at Kinkade’s really make sure that you feel welcome right when you walk in the door. I’ve gotten to know everyone on a first name basis. Their clothes are of the best you can ware. Awesome and fantastic place!
