Rude. Felt weird upon entering because the nail tech made eye contact but didn’t greet me upon entering. Asked may I help you and asked if I wanted to book an appointment for later then said it would have to be tomorrow because they were working until 6. Which if fine, but the encounter made me feel a little uneasy about this place.

Kevin’s is the best nail salon in the area I love their professional staff, I have been going to Kevin’s for 25 years, I always have people asking me where I get my nails done.

Kevin is a great nail tech. He is ALWAYSSSS pleasant and provides great customer service. I am always satisfied with nails. He takes his time and take pride in his work. I have been going for 5 year now and will continue to come. I drive all the way from Brandon to Ridgeland because of his great work.

They say they take walk in but when u walk in as they open the door they tell you to make a later appt.

Really needs to be no star selected for this place and shut down!!!! No one should feel like they are being stereotyped. Why would they have the door completely wide open, ask could they help me only to look at my hands and then say "I have an appointment coming." I reply, that's fine I'm willing to wait. The lady then says it's by appointment only and she doesn't have an appointment until tomorrow. I was there at 4:30pm NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Came in to get nails me and my daughter he did my nails I told him I need feet and eyebrows he got up went to someone else skipped my daughter then the lady I guess was suppose to do my feet said she can’t do it she don’t have time come back later!! I told her I’m not leaving with purple nails and yellow toes lol.Services: Gel manicures

I called initially to gather information. I was never told that I needed to book an appointment in order to get services done. I went in as a walk in and was told that I needed an appointment in order to be serviced. Two white girls walked in right behind me with no appointment and was told to wait. They told me that they couldn’t take me and that I could come back Friday. Very unprofessional. Was it a race thing? I’m not sure but it did feel like it.
