I purchased in the store and then I changed my mind. When I went to return the merchandise they told me I could only exchange and they did not give refunds.DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE AT ALL. they do everything they can to keep you r money and they merchandise is not quality and in some cases its fake. You best bet is to keep your money in your wallet. These people that run this store are rip off kings and queens and short of stealing your money they just cheat you out of it. Then to make bad matters worse they barely have a sign up showing their return/exchange policy. I am determined to send them out of business because nobody deserves to have their money taken and the merchandise is horrible. This is exactly what killed he Metro Center no they are working on destroying North Park Mall. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THEIVES, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON'T GIVE IT BACK!!!!!!

Bad service. I just bought a watch and haven't been a month yet and had small problem with the middle thing in the watch. I just ask for help me fix it. I not done talk yet what i need for help, that old guy told me just do it online. I disappointed with this store and service.
