The staff have been friendly. The rooms are somewhat updated. When you actually get into the room they missed a lot of details like paint and other finishes that make the room feel unfinished. The lobby is very nice but when you get off the elevator the hallways look bad. Other than that I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have actually enjoyed my stay. There is shopping close by.

Safety: I felt safe
Walkability: There were no sidewalks anywhere. Me an my husband decided to walk the dog to a nearby gas station to get snacks, No sidewalks.
Food and drinks: We had the worst time trying to eat out. Every restaurant was always out of something.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was supposed to be reserved on corporate lodging rate. Used my points instead, just to reserve the room. Being that I was tired, so much time passed and it was already late in the morning trying to get it fixed. So I used my points and checked into the room because front desk couldn’t figure it out. I was told the manager will fix it in the morning. Also, that my points will be reversed and my corporate card will be charged like it was intended to. Instead they told me, I couldn’t switch or cancel my reservation. Even after I told them how dirty the room was as well. It was used soap still in the shower, dirty shower curtains, the toilet was dirty, dirty sheets, and the refrigerator was dirty. I changed my sheets on my own, but they didn’t have any clean towels when I asked. I cleaned the room myself with disinfectant wipes. Kept being told it will be fixed in the morning. Stayed for 3 days. I was patient throughout the whole process but this just isn’t acceptable. I normally don’t write reviews but this review can save someone in my position a headache. This could have been a simple fix. I will not return to or recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this property and had the worst experience. I’m still waiting on a call from customer service regarding a family heirloom that was stolen from my room. The manager never truly addressed it. A report was never filed with Hilton and the overall customer service was lacking. Upon my arrival to the hotel a post it note was my key holder, see pictures. The pull out sofa pack from the previous stay was used and restored back in the closet, it took them over a week to come retrieve it. My flat sheet was for a full size bed in stead of a queen. I had to clean the room from top to bottom. And the door had a security defect, see pictures. Honestly there is so much more to say, even trivial items like face masks and cosmetics were stolen but if the GM didn’t care about jewelry, she definitely wouldn’t care about cosmetics. The staff lacked professionalism. My first day there, two front desk associates were cussing about a guest they just checked in. Honestly that interaction told me all I needed to know.

Please don't stay here. I had a room reserved since July 30 for my parents and it was supposed to be handicap accessible with walk in or roll in shower. Supervisor wouldn't even let me have the reserved room I ask for because of workers staying there and basically told me she could've cancel my reservation if she had too. My issue is if I got a room reserved for 2 months in advance then you need to honor the reservation and not have construction workers in a handicap accessible room. And NONE of them workers were handicap at all. Then when me and my friend checked in the girl at the desk never told us what time breakfast started in the mornings. That's part of your job is to make your guest knowledgeable of stuff in the hotel. We won't be staying there anymore.
Rooms: Rooms was ok. We noticed that there was some dust behind the drawers. Also noticed that there was some blocks under the dishwasher in the kitchenette. Was some creamer right under the refrigerator.

The breakfast was aweful. 2 days in a row there were no biscuits or waffles. The man always said they were coming but never did. However the first day he was more concerned about me not wearing shoes, instead of doing his job and getting more breakfast out. Terrible location.

I can not fathom how disgusting this hotel was. I have never, in my many many years, had an experience like this at a HILTON hotel. Were have never stayed with any other company. I will start that the hotel looked nice. The room, when first walking in, looked nice. But only at a glance. Our hotel room was originally 203, she moved our room, to 214, because of the elevator being out. When we walked in and it smelled musty. Instantly checked the dishwasher. It was full of water and food. I went to take a shower and the toilet seat wasn’t tightened to the seat. The ada pole in the shower was not properly installed and there was black mold all on the ceiling. Still took a shower cause mind you this was about 1030 at night. We’re driving from Florida back home. When I went to get in the bed the fitted sheet was not pulled all the way down and it popped off. The bed was covered in reddish brown stains. Got to looking further and found hair and stains on the sheets and cover. We went to the check in desk and told the women working about our finds. She assigned us a new room and our original room so we could look at both of them before moving all our stuff. The first one, 234, was worse! There were large reddish brown stains, one of which was an outline where someone large obviously had sat! When I say large, I am talk 2-3 wide, large. Again, we went to yet another room. Needless to say, it wasn’t any better. The lady, tried her best to mend the issue but, unfortunately, due to it being so late she did not have access to things to resolve our concerns. So, we left and went to another Hilton hotel.

Service was terrible. The staff acts like you’re an immigrant that needs to stay there. Took two days to never receive towels. No towels at the pool. Front desk very unprofessional as well as the housekeeping girl. Call to complain for them to lie about me smoking in the room because I’m steadily complaining and they don’t want to be held liable. What joke. Never smoked in the room ever. This place is a joke. Plus groups of young people hanging in the parking lot all night. This should not be considered a Hilton property. Name needs to be changed to the Motel 6. STAY AWAY!!!

The customer service at this establishment is extremely disrespectful. The walls, floors, and hallways are so thin that you can hear everything, making it impossible to get any sleep due to noise from upstairs and in the hallways. The staff is consistently rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the elevators are unreliable, and with only one set available, if yours isn’t working, you won’t be able to reach your floor. Guest services mishandled my reservation and responded with an attitude when I tried to correct it. The manager name Akevia is very RUDE! Akevia did not correct my reservation; instead, she gave me a handicap room with two full beds, which was very uncomfortable because I’m tall. Additionally, they host family reunions, and with their thin walls, the noise level is easily heard. They don’t even deserve one star!

Update - now they don't clean or service the rooms and the phone in room didn't work. My last stay here, I forgot that I checked out to go to Hyatt Place. It was so bad that I blocked it from my mind. Now I'm back & this place has not improved. Sink was dirty & only had 2 towels in the room. Last review: Staff are very friendly and helpful but I did find that they & probably most hotels do not wash the blankets and coverlet. Checked in and the blanket had menstrual stains, which had not been changed. TRAVELERS BEWARE OF DEALS WITH THIS HOTEL. GO TO Renaissance!! Thank goodness I'm here for just 2 nights! These folks do not know how to clean & they don't care to learn!

I didn’t even make it to the room we booked. Seedy characters in the parking lot, walked in, no staff in sight, went to find my room with my digital key and the entire floor was run down, dingy, people fighting could be heard from rooms, and smelled like marijuana covered up with lemon disinfectant. We are Hilton honors members and expect much better than a run down motel. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing about my visit here went well. Air conditioner in my room didn't work and despite repeating requests to get it fixed and assurances that it would be, we sweated through three days and nights of above 80 temperatures. Repeated requests to have our room serviced went unheeded as well. And the breakfasts were repeatedly served late and consisted of warmed up frozen foods for the most part that tasted horrible. They didn't even provide coffee until one half hour to an hour late in the morning, although there was an in-room pot I could have used to my coffee in my hot room. Terrible experience throughout. I won't patronize this business again.

The customer service is AWFUL!! DON'T NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL!! The management staff (Samantha Thomas, Mgr & Ms. Mayes, GM) at this location will cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your arrival!! I booked my reservation on 2/8/2024 for 5/3-5/5/2024, the hotel contacted at 2:30pm on 5/2/24 to inform me my reservation had been canceled because they were overbooked. REALLY!!They weren't overbooked on 2/8/24. They offered no assistance and hung up the phone!! I spoke with Customer Care and they couldn't provide any assistance, only that I could call the hotel the morning of 5/3/2024 to see if they could help!!! Piss Poor Preparation & Piss Poor Customer Service. I have been an Hilton Honors member for years but I'm DONE with Hilton!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

This was the worst experience at any hotel I have ever stayed at! I only wish I could leave it ZERO stars. Booked the room online and checked in. It gave me a room number and deducted the money from my account. When we got to the hotel with our four children in a rain storm, the person “working” (actually standing outside smoking) said they don’t have any rooms and it didn’t matter that we had a CONFIRMED RESERVATION and checked in with a room number. Hilton customer service was even less helpful (didn’t know that was possible!) Luckily, there is a Marriott next door that got us a room quickly. The Marriott gave my kids free snacks and us a discount on the room because of how horrible Hilton was. If you are in this area, save yourself and just book MARRIOTT. I was a Hilton Honors member but now I will be a loyal Marriott customer.
