HM needs to invest more into their customer service experience and availability online and on the front line in local retail stores. If not eventually, they will be like other retailers closing their doors due to poor customer service because customer issues aren't resolved and customers can't get the products they're looking. Customers will go elsewhere. Horrible experience with an online order and the reps at the 800 number don't speak English well. Just kept repeating what I said. Horrible.

I always love shopping here. You can always find what you need for whatever occasion it may be for. They usually have some great deals, especially the clearance racks!

Manager or supervisor lady had a very nasty attitude and a condescending tone. This is the only store I visit and I usually have no problems with customer service. She made me very uncomfortable, so she definitely doesn’t have to worry about me coming back to such a hostile environment. Who in their right mind yells out across the store about something that you clearly see going on?

The manager of this location has a very rude actitud towards clientele. I had a very bad experience at this location. Never going back because of the poor costumer service she provided to me during my visit. I will take my bussines somewere else.
