I like harbor freight but the cashier added the inside track membership on my ticket without telling me. She tried to lie by saying it saved me money but it in fact did not. I called customer service they confirmed she did lie after they looked at my ticket. Customer service said they would call me back and did not. I went back to the store to get a refund and she lied again and said I would lose the money I saved. I walked out of there with my refund and didn’t lose any money I saved. Watch you back with these people.
