VERY crude manager..named: Becky!! Was returning potting soil that was dirt& sticks!! She asked me what did I want her to do about it??! Awful Customer service!! Too bad because that’s usually a nice place to shop!!

Very unprofessional and unorganized. The female employees are rude,won't show you where the items are located,and ghetto/ratchet as they can be. My Big Ma fell in the store back in 2018 and they were disrespectful towards her a few weeks ago. Edit:I only go there because it's a walk away.

Went there to get a lock for my brother's bike. The young lady seemed to be trying pretty hard to ignore the fact that I was at the counter waiting to be checked out. The young man, however, was on it, and made sure to acknowledge my presence so she had to turn around.

This store is so unorganized, unsanitary & unprofessional the store manager is very rude ! It still has expired stuff on the shelves & even though it’s old they’ll still sell it . They have RATS !!!….She’s very unprofessional to her employees. She sits on the phone and talks about them very badly as if they aren't good employees. She also is hiring her family members instead of outside people to work there but overall the store is somewhere you shouldn’t shop at .

Family Dollar store is so disorganized and ghetto now. It was not like that two years ago. That store is a mess. The manager and staff are so unprofessional and rude!! Loud music plays while they check out customers. I won’t go back until the store has new employees, that will clean the store on the inside and out. I hope Mayor Magee intervenes because Ridgeland doesn’t do junk businesses.

Lakeshya was SUPER NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. BUT THE OTHER LADY WITH THE GOLD SHORT HAIR.....May God bless her and that attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. She should stay home next time. I pray it gets better for her.

A well situated place with food and gas nearby. Caught them on restocking day, so isles were crowded. I will try this store again on a day when they are are not receiving a shipment.
