Can not say one thing bad about our stay. Staff, room and overall property was amazing!
Rooms: Very clean and spacious
Nearby activities: A lot of attractions were close within a 15 min drive
Safety: Well lighted parking lot and key card entry

HORRIBLE! Don't gp
Rooms: See above....plus price at check in was 300$ higher than original price even though I showed proof
Noteworthy details: No ice machine, no cart or any help of unloading vehicle. Stove was soooo rusted it would've caught on fire. No remote in my room....horrible !

I have been living here since June 30th 2024, so far I have had no issues with my room and the staff is really great. I will stay here longer if possible but I am in search of a permanent place to live. I will recommend others like family and friends that Extended Stay America is a great place to stay either for one night or longer if needed.

I didnt stay but i visited this location unfortunately. Just the walk up to the doors and the appearance of the place both outside and when i entered put me off to ever renting from here. The reasons are: Poor ventilation. No elevators. Im not sure how this place is ADA Compliant. The front desk agent said they put the disabled on the bottom floors if they have room. But the disabled cant visit relatives or friends if they are on the top floors. Thats not cool. Its very dim on the inside. Especially when you get to the hallways. Its dark. Its gloomy. Its depressing. The air is stale. The furnishings, carpet and paint are all very dated. The stairs are extremely steep going up to the third floor. Its a certified no.. never.. ever.. for me. This is the type of hotel that would be the perfect setting for a Steven King horror movie.

The staff has been Amazing ! Clean , Friendly , Safe . Demetrius the kind woman that Welcomed Us here . Made checking in a Breeze , she was very kind and answered all our questions . Would stay here again . Location 800 Ridgewood Road , Ridgeland Ms.

I was very disappointed with the customer service, the cleanliness was not suitable and the hallways smelled of dogs and other stuff, we were told that even though they advertised a fully functioning kitchenette, that they were out of utensils, cookware and etc. There was no housekeeping if your stay was less than 14 days. If you needed anything you had to leave your room, go all the way to the front desk and retrieve what you need( provided they had anything), you had to remove and discard of your own trash. Ppl had literally turned the hotel into an apartment complex. Ppl in and out constantly leaving the exit doors propped open all day and night. It was awful and we were told that our reservation couldn’t be moved bcuz we had checked in already! This use to be my go to place whenever I came to the city but not anymore!

I have been staying at this hotel for almost a year now and I love it so much! I haven't had any problems at all!! The whole staff is always so friendly!! I worked in hotels for about 14 years and haven't seen a staff that is as friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!
