This place supposedly specializes in foreign cars, I was originally relieved when I first scheduled my appointment, thinking my car was in good hands with knowledgeable people. However, I was super disappointed to know that half the issues, I came there for were left unresolved. I was prepared to book appointments to get all my needs taken care of. My car had 10 sensors going off when I dropped it off; all those notifications were still present when I picked it up. A simple reset would have at least made it appear the vehicle was worked on. I was told by two separate people that I would receive a diagnostic check with my service, to get a price point on what other services I needed to book with them. How am I to pay for future services if I don't know what's needed? This person also said if the price needed to be adjusted, based off those needs they would let me know. I was also told that my tail light could be fixed so I left a bulb for my tail light that I bought separately and never got it back. My tail light is still broken. They just took my money and said have a nice day. Basic Communication and guidance would have made my experience a lot better. I'm not sure if the desk people properly communicate with the mechanics but they shouldn't quote services they don't provide or give inaccurate prices. I will be going somewhere else

I am 48 years old and never in my life have I experienced a person so rude. I walked in trying to get my daughter car fixed . Every question I asked this dude , he was rude, when I asked about his fees that made no sense he was very mean got mad because I was questioning him. He really upset me the way he talked to me. I left and I will not be back. I don't know how he has a staff. I was there 10 minutes and it shifted my mood. I don't know if it was because I was a female and he thought I didn't know any better. but I do. Ladies don't waste your time. I found somone to work on my daughter car for half the price. a legit company in Brandon. No issues with them at all. Not sure of his name older guy with a thin weak ponytail. Just because we are women doesn't mean we don't know when we are being jipped. Those days are over with. When we are not treated fairly we will take our money to someone who knows how to talk to us and give us fair prices. It's 2024 and I am over it and him.....

Absolutely the best place in the state to have your auto worked on! I had a Mercedes-Benz E-320 and they always did a fantastic job on the oil service and other issues I had. Being a small business owner myself I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and do a great job communicating what to expect when you drop your car off.

Terrible experience. Staff got angry because I asked for an explanation of my services. So angry to the point that they acted as if they wanted to fight. The manager’s attempt to resolve the situation was refusing to have a civil conversation and parking my vehicle at the very end of the parking lot even though I was standing there in front of the building.

I was tired of driving to the Mini dealership in Tennessee to have work done on my Mini. I found out about this place so when my brake lights came on in my Mini I called European Automotive. They were friendly and did my brakes fast and efficiently. Highly recommended if you have a European or Mini car that needs work done on it.
