DO NOT go through this company to rent a vehicle. I RESERVED a vehicle that they apparently didn't have available. How you can reserve a vehicle that isn't available, I have no idea. I reserved it at 9am (when they open) they didn't bother to tell me about the unavailable vehicle until 5pm (when they close). I missed the call because I was working. I tried calling back and couldn't get through.

Chandler at Enterprise Rent-A-Car went out and beyond to help me get my rental car of my choice; he was very helpful,niceeee, caring and patient;basically all the above,lol....excellent customer service as well?!! I give him 10 thumbs ? up....Thank you again Chandler at Enterprise??

Mr. Alvin Brumfield made this rental experience about as easy and fast as possible! No charge upgrade to a nice 4x4 Truck. Customer service like that is getting harder and harder to find.

This rental was good but you gotta watch the charges when you return on Saturday. Always a good experience at the Ridgeland location they try to get you into what you reserved. Got an upgrade on this rental..small Audi turned into a full size SUV.

I will NEVER consider renting from Enterprise again! Just be aware when you make a reservation on the phone, the agent will make you a reservation when no cars are available at that location! This has happened now twice in the past three months! Last time it took 3 days beyond the reservation date to get many any type of vehicle. Then it was a truck.I’m a at a car repair shop today. I was going to need a car for a few days. I called a different enterprise that is larger this time, but their system goes to the reservation desk. I I ask them l twice to confirm they have a car available right now and they could pick me up (I was about a mile from their location) and they said yes and it would be no problem. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called and got to the option that let me speak to someone in that office. They told me they didn’t have any cars available in what I rented and would be several days before they would. Only thing they had was a doge Durango and it would cost me $80 more. They were not going to pick me up either… already told repair shop to start on work based on Enterprise saying they had a car available! This should be against the law!

They actually called me and said I needed to take the rental car to a local garage for a scheduled oil change!!!!!!! Really. Do they want me to rotate the tires too?

Dishonest business practices, stay away period. Can't honor a confirmed reservation and just gave F-150 pickup truck for an intermediate car booking. They did called and said will be taken care and that was how it turned out. Hope enterprise corporate will look into it.

Please reconsider an alternate option for your rental car services or I would suggest that if you make this your location of choice to call before you arrive to pickup your rental vehicle and confirm that they have the vehicle size of your choice in stock.No one called me prior to my arrival time for my reservation to inform me that they did not have a full size vehicle in stock. The staff is supposed to typically print out a report each morning of all the reservations they have for the day so they know what reservations have been booked. A simple courtesy call would have been top notch customer service to let me know that my vehicle size wasn’t available.I do understand that the company cannot control if customers do not bring back vehicles, but you can control your staff reaching out to your customers to provide a courtesy call. I love Enterprise but I’ll take this as my sign to take my business elsewhere. In which I did to Avis Rental inside the hotel. I only needed the vehicle for one day and I was able to get a midsize suv for half the price I was going to pay at Enterprise.

Consistently the worst enterprise location that I use. No vehicles, wait times, service, and the class of vehicle reserved not available. Our company has an arrangement with National/enterprise and today is the last time. I will now drive a further 20 minutes to pick up a corporate car.

Raymond was awesome, he got us a vehicle quickly after we reserved one from another location and they had no cars available. We would highly recommend using the Enterprise on Hwy 51! The entire staff strive to help and take care of their customers. A+

Book your vehicle in advance, and they call you the day before to inform you they don’t and won’t have the vehicle you booked. What was the purpose in the reservation if they weren’t going to be able to accommodate us?? Terrible customer service, won’t be back to this company.
