Overall the place is decent, looks modern and the staff seems decent enough. The rooms are what I would expect from Embassy, decent size and nice amenities. However the refrigerator would barely keep things cool, let alone cold. Rather frustrating when there for an extended stay. The room and most of the hotel could use a good cleaning. The corners of the floor had dark stains from dirty mop water. Breakfast was mediocre, basic and flavorless.

This was my first time staying at Embassy Suits not a good experience. Jasmine at the front desk was Amazing. I checked in late about 11pm check in was GREAT. When I get to my room TV was not working I had to fix cords in the back. I noticed it was cold so I turned the heat on HIGH 80 and went to sleep thinking the heat would pop on. Nothing. Jasmine offered another room but I was running late and I had to go Alllĺ the way down stairs to grab the key. Not a good experience to have to take a shower in a cold room.

Everything was bad, front desk service, evening reception poor and nothing for kids, bartender rude, elevator still was dirty after two days, bedding was dirty, premium snack was terrible, later after asking Vicky gave better snack. I had to go downstairs to get the snack and they had things Vicky said they didn't have. The breakfast was terrible only ate one morning. The general attorney that was there Thursday received better services than guest. We stayed for our 38 anniversary. We stayed here before but it was a little better. So finally my husband has given up on embassy because some need to updated all around. DRURY OFFERS better service and evening reception and breakfast even Staybridge does better. Embassy has lost there 4 star hotel.Food & drinks: You need go back to your old evening reception. This one is terrible and nothing for the kids

I am still in shock! Let my photos speak to my experience! I must say… I did learn before unpacking my things for a long business trip I will definitely be giving my room a THOROUGH check over before judging based on the “surface” amenities and location! I was truly fooled by it being centrally located to the highway, eateries, great shopping, and, a lovely decorated Christmas lobby, elevated breakfast buffet and evening cocktail service. To discover I had been sleeping on a bed that had a nasty comfort insert placed inside a duvet along with a stinky dirty blanket in the closet made my flesh crawl and hours of crying while making an immediate departure exit!In the end I was angry with myself for being fooled by appearance! It was like meeting a handsome, well dressed highly educated man who turns out to be a killer!Rooms: Nasty!

I stayed here 2 nights in a king suite. They need to replace the mattresses. Mine was like a burrito - the middle sagged. I did like the room layout. The shower heads should also be replaced. Mine only had the jet setting. The door also leaked all over the floor. And my least favorite thing was the motion light in the bathroom…. If you shower more than 10 minutes it’s going to go black in the bathroom. Ever had the power go out while you are in the shower? Not fun! The bar tender and the breakfast staff seemed annoyed. Plates all over tables during breakfast and overfilling near the garbage can. Honestly even with that I would have given 5 stars if the mattress and shower heads were replaced.

The rooms are not as nice and clean as they use to be. It was a group of us staying there. We were on different floors and two different types of rooms, and we all shared the same concerns. The beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable to the point one person slept on the couch, someone else on the floor, and I had to call a chiropractor after staying there three nights. My room didn't have any sheers to the windows, neither did two of the other rooms. So I couldn't open the curtains in the morning while getting dressed for the conference. Another person had sheers, but the curtains didn't close, so they slept with a mask over their eyes. The vents had visible cakedup dust on them. Someone else from my group check in late due to delayed flights and got to their room, only to find it not cleaned at all. Like, it was still trash and unmade beds from the previous guest. I had to wipe down the walls in the bathroom because they were dirty from who knows what, just disgusting. The TV remote in the living room also didn't work. But I won't sit on the stained, seams pulling apart couch anyways. I took pictures because I couldn't believe how much this place has gone down the toilet. I've stayed here before about 4 years ago, which is why I chose the property. But never again. There's newer hotels in the area now, and I'm sure much nicer than this Embassy Motel. The breakfast food was good. Clarke the bartender was not friendly and I sat at the bar for 5 minutes and he never acknowledged me. But he catered to the men at the bar.

Visited family and the accommodations were excellent with plenty of space for all 7 of us to come visit altogether both in my parent's suite and in the lobby area. Delicious breakfast available with many different options for everyone's tastes...also the hotel offers dinner service. Overall a very nice and beautiful hotel. They offer access to their indoor pool and gym for hotel patrons. Very conveniently located near the Renaissance Shopping District, the Ross Barnett Reservoir, the Natchez Trace, and other notable attractions.

We stayed 4 nights and the service was excellent.Staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is great, and we enjoyed several good meals from the Grill onsite. The sheets and linens were clean, no dust in the room, bathroom was clean, towels were large and fluffy. The rooms do have a little age on them.We were very comfortable and will stay here again.

The service and friendliness of everyone here is amazing. The breakfast omelets are the best I ever have eaten at a hotel. The only thing is that the hotel is starting to show a little wear and tear in the rooms. Eventually, it will need the typical renovation like many places did during covid. The only reason for the 4 star on rooms. They were clean the bed linen like heaven and smelled very clean and fresh.

I have an amazing experience every time I stay at the Embassy Suites. The cleanliness of the rooms are unmatched for the price. The evening receptions are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.
