Still on Cloud 9 from my experience at Elle James!! Sarah, and her team, are an absolute dream to work with. I didn't expect much from this day, as I kind of dreaded dress shopping. However, Sarah literally made this day to be exactly what everyone dreams of and talks about. She listened to everything I had to say about each and every dress I tried on, and pieced it all together to find the absolute perfect dress. One that fit all my "no's" at the start, but ended up being perfect for me. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, with regard to things I'd liked along the way, and I couldn't be more thankful. Their process, communication, attention to detail, knowledge of their product and willingness to listen to your wants and needs is absolutely top notch. I could not say enough good things about them, and I can't wait to see them again soon for my fittings!

I would recommend Elle James to any bride, especially if it is their first time trying on dresses!! Laura had me try on multiple styles that she had pre-pulled, and with each dress we narrowed down what I liked and didn’t like. She had such a great grasp on what I was looking for! We found a perfect dress, but I wasn’t ready to commit until I had gone to try another shop to explore all my options. The other shop just threw me in a room with all their dresses and said pick 10-12… it was very overwhelming! I spent that whole appointment wishing I was back at Elle James! I called Elle James and Laura was able to squeeze me in to try on my favorite dress again. We figured out the minor adjustments I wanted that would make it perfect, and I said yes to the dress! I also have to mention that I like their dressing room set up. There’s an extra curtain between the stylist and bride for us shy or modest brides who might want a little more privacy getting in and out of dresses. Honestly, changing in front of a stranger was part of what I was most nervous about, so that really helped calm my nerves. My over all experience was nothing short of wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Everything about my bridal appointment was perfect!!! I was so nervous from the moment I walked in, and everyone was so so sweet and supportive and made sure to constantly reaffirm me and made me feel amazing in every dress I tried on! Carrie was my stylist and she did amazing!!! She was so patient and kind and made sure to encourage me when I started to get overwhelmed!! She was truly the star of the appointment!!! I found my dream dress and could not be any happier with the experience!!!

Elle James Bridal was the most professional and put together bridal shop I've been to. They were so thorough in getting to know me before my appointment, and were extremely attentive to me alone throughout my appointment.
Kristin listened to exactly what I was thinking I wanted, while also taking the time to push me outside of the box a little. It was so much fun! Not only did she find a way to combine the two very different styles I was torn between, but she didn't take "it looks good!" for an answer. She worked until I knew the dress was just absolutely perfect. She was relatable and knowledgeable, and made my entire appointment seamless. Due to all of this, I felt confident to buy my dress immediately after my appointment. Whereas in other places I felt like I need to sleep on my decision, I didn't feel that way here at Elle James Bridal. You will not regret your decision to shop here! Thank you SO MUCH to the Elle James team - I am so excited to see my dress so soon!!!

I went into Elle James not very excited about my wedding dress, but Corrie made me feel like a princess and catered to every tiny detail I wanted in my dream dress. They were so accommodating for my family as well. I thought I was just going to “look” but I found my dream dress and the team made my purchase so easy and explained the whole process to me. I will forever remember my wedding dress shopping experience.

I loved my experience here! The team did a great job of getting a feel for what I liked and didn’t like and made sure I felt comfortable and that my opinions were heard the whole time!! Such a great selection of dresses too. Never felt overwhelming either and a very relaxed and fun environment to find a wedding dress in. :)

After going to a different shop that morning, I felt defeated and wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Then I went to my appointment at Elle James. Laura was my consultant and working with her was amazing. She pulled some beautiful dresses and helped me piece together the dress of my dreams. I am so grateful for her and everyone at Elle James. I also was lucky enough to win a free Little White Dress and have enough time in my appointment to pick not only one Little White Dress, but two. And Laura helped me make the right decision on those dresses as well. I just cannot say enough about this shop and the staff working there. The shop itself is so beautiful and aesthetic, and it felt as though we had the whole shop to ourselves. The array of designers they had were amazing and the different accessory options they had available were amazing and Laura did a beautiful job of helping pick the right ones. We took a beautiful dress and made it MY DRESS, that feels one of a kind. I truly cannot say enough about this experience. 100/10 recommend for all of your wedding dress needs.I left his same review on The Knot website!

In my reviews I'm usually straight to the point and short. Carrie and the rest of the staff @ Elle James Bridal deserves more.I'm an older and larger second time bride. I was a bit nervous and anxious about trying on dresses. Based off my pre-appointment questions Carrie had dresses ready for me to try on. My daughter and I were made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. Carrie kept dresses coming until we found my Yes! dress.Would definitely recommend Elle James Bridal to anyone looking for that perfect dress.

Wedding dress shopping was SO stressful for me because I am so indecisive. The team at Elle James made it so welcoming and understanding that I was nervous!I went twice. The first with my friends and family, the second by myself. Ended up finding my dress the second time by myself! Carrie was so helpful and hyped me up and picked some great dresses!Each time I had a dress on, one of the staff (even ones who weren’t helping) came and hyped me up!I just loved the vibe and the staff!

TRULY THE BEST!!! I was experiencing all of the excitedness/nerves that come along with trying on wedding dresses for the first time. Sarah and Kathleen made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I cannot brag on those girls enough - they were so welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The entire experience was intimate and personal. I am grateful for my experience at Elle James and grateful to have found my dress there. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!!!!
