You get what you pay for. They literally provide nothing by way of customer service. I've spent the past 2 years cleaning up the mess that was left from using them as our provider. I finally filed a BBB complaint and their response was \\\"we don't talk to outside organizations, including the BBB.\\\" How on earth are they still keeping their doors open with that kind of approach? Hiring them as a provider is a terrible idea.

We use Dyatech as a TPA for our small 401k. I have one specific person assigned to me and he is very responsive. Everything has been filed on time and I have had no issues.

Dyatech has improved their service since they have transitioned to strictly a TPA. A good choice for small plans, economical - almost all work as an administrator done online on their portal.

I have had horrible customer service experiences with Dyatech. They have no urgency and their online portal is horrible.

We'll never do business with them again. We prepaid the annual fee, then asked for a refund when we changed to a different provider. They said okay, but then didn't pay.

No one would return my call and I couldnt get a straight answer. Made me feel like I was interrupting their nap time. Very unprofessional and poor service!

Dr. Stranger and Mrs. Pam are really nice people. Not sure snot what else is in there but I really enjoyed their services. Just pricey.

My experience with this company was abysmal. I am sorry I could not give it zero stars. Customer service was terrible and the communications were incomprehensible. For a small business TPA, I would recommend going elsewhere

As a financial advisor working in the retirement plan industry for a decade, I can confidently say that I have found the most inept plan provider/TPA in the marketplace. Having taken agent of record of a plan with Dyatech, we have found multiple MAJOR compliance issues and have worked for 1.5 yrs to correct the issues. Lauren Cox is the rep for this case and we are not confident that their system or employees are in compliance with industry regulations regarding checks and balances or basic compliance knowledge. If you are looking to get nailed by IRS auditors be sure to hire Dyatech or remain with them. Having found this company to be entirely lacking, we are amazed that they are still in business. As you can tell, this experience has been so poor that I have made time to warn others.

As a finance professional for a small business, I have been increasingly disappointed in Dyatech's service. As the previous review states, we have experienced non-compliance issues due to Dyatech's inability to successfully advise our retirement account. The company is also unwilling to admit its mistakes and does not hold its employees accountable for their failures. The documentation process the company employs is deplorable and is the greatest reason for the company's failure. I would not recommend that any small business, or any business at all, work with this company. You will regret it.
