Nice hotel for a passing through stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be the stickiness of the floor in the dining area.

Anyiah and the other young lady was so friendly and welcoming when I walked in the door. She is very customer oriented and cares about her customers. Wish the world had more people like her and her coworker.Made the check in and stay great.Food & drinks: Very decent hors d’oeuvres and drinks were available breakfast was good selection also. Which adds to the value of your stay.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly

They allow people to rent Suite and load up with kids for parties. The pool had about 20 kids, up over us kids screaming jumping and loud, parent pull up and put their kids out to be baby sat by hotel. Watched one girl pull back up in car last night to pick up atleast 8 kids under 12 she had left in a room with unsupervised with a boom box. They actually had to leave the hotel but the lady took all in a 4 door small car. Hotel told me they have many parties this week like most. I pay too much money for this room to listen to kids all night. I do not think this is allowed but either way ridiculous. I will show pics and videos to corporate.Nearby activities: Party central for local kids

Everything we needed for our quick stop in the area. Everyone was super friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. We had no issues. FREE breakfast was a plus. Lots to choose from and the coffee was good!

Was misled by a stay in another Drury Inn in Georgia (super modern, very clean) expecting this place here to be similar. But it’s really, really run down. Do not stay here if you are sensitive.We were at room 211 and picked out well over 30 long strands of hair from the beds and discarded two pillows because they were full of make up stains. Bed linen had spots all over, not sure if they washed them between guests. Carpet super dirty. The desk lamp flickered like crazy, the A/C was extremely moldy smelling we had to turn it off right away. The sofa chair was dirty as can be, I doubt anybody would be willing to sit in there. The TV kept losing signal and wasn’t of much use to distract ourselves from the state of this place. Management can verify all of the above by visiting the room or a similar one. If you cared, you would spot these things immediately. For us it was too late to switch to another place, we’d been driving all day and yeah, not great. Look for other places if you can.Edit: just read the other reviews and I am bewildered at how ravingly positive they are. This most definitely does not add up. Either they have refurbished rooms and we got a super old one, but none of the recent positive reviews check out, that’s for sure. Also, we didn’t expect much, but even for this price, most road-side motels are better value, shockingly. Also, we just noticed, towels also dirty and full of hair.Another update the day after: we found a few tiny blood stains on the sheets. Make of that what you will. I’ve uploaded photos.

Probably the best hotel in Jackson, MS. Lovely and spacious rooms, extremely comfortable. Large bathroom. Excellent and kind service with a smile. Took care of everything immediately. The free breakfast was delicious and included eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. The free evening repast included free drinks and delicious food consisting of hot dogs, chips and salsa, meatballs and mashed potatoes, plain steamed vegetables, and mixed-greens salad with grape tomatoes. I loved that healthy options were included and everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We will return! This is a great hotel!

Been wanting to try a Drury hotel for a while, now I understand all the great reviews. Much better experience than a lot of the other big chains like Hilton at a MUCH better price. Everything was clean, everything works, free WiFi was super fast. A quality stay at a great price.

Drury was awesome.It started at arrival with an attractive environment when we entered the lobby. Check in was smooth and quick.Our rooms were clean. It had a microwave, fridge, large tv and desk. Lamps had additional outlets to provide plenty of charging ports. The shower/tub had dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Also had a large shower head that was great.Hotel had gym, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, free coffee in lobby and an oasis station to fill water jugsStay comes with great breakfast and light dinner and beverages. Also comes with 3 alcoholic drinks as well. There is popcorn in the lobby in the eveningsWe enjoyed our stay and will book Drury for our upcoming trip as well

Hot tub wasn’t working and tv wasn’t working. I love Drury, but this one wasn’t great after a long day of driving with two kids. They also have a rule that children under twelve can not get their own food even if the parent is standing right next to them. I can only hold so many plates.

Our room was very clean and nice. The food, both breakfast and evening, was very delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The Drury is always exceptional. Check in was fabulous and gregarious. I was late for cocktail hour but the staff offered to still make me a plate. The rooms and the grounds are always impecable, and you can tell that management truly cares. I’ll always feel comfortable choosing the Drury.Rooms: Always impeccable.

Disappointed that they quit the popcorn ?, the wife loves it for a bedtime snack. The first room the toilet handle was broken didn't want to change rooms so we had to reach in the tank to flush.

Stayed here many times while working in the area. Always nice and clean with a good breakfast and supper. Staff is friendly and helpful.
