I was charged $250 for a bath for my golden retriever & two shave downs on my 2 cocker spaniel dogs. The bath was fine it’s hard to mess that up however The grooming work done on my 2 cocker spaniels was horrible. My boys private area was bright red irradiated. Both of them were patchy and they had missed several spots of hair just hanging. Will not ever be returning.

We’ve been bringing our miniature schnauzer here for grooming for about a year after trying other groomers in the area. We’re very happy with the customer service, quality of our dog’s haircut and bath and the overall cleanliness of Diva Dog. The price is comparable with other professional groomers. We’re happy we found Diva Dog and are here to stay.

Love Diva Dog! They always get Miley in for grooming, even if it’s at the last minute. They groom her just as I request and the staff is so very sweet.

Update since taking my pup to diva dog. Today is Monday and we took my dog there on Saturday. I am starting to think they did more than just give my dog a bath and trim. He seems to be pretty traumatized. More scary and withdrawn than usual still! Anytime he goes to the vet or his regular groomer he might be unsettled for a few hours after that he is back to normal and very very playful and cuddly. He is not like himself. Very scary. Keeps biting scratching and licking on himself. He won't even interact with us like he used to.. I saw another review (after the fact) that states they have seen workers yank on dogs tails and worker has hit dog. He's been whimpering whining all throughout the night. Never ever has he done that. Only whines sometimes when he wants to go outside. He won't even sleep with us like he used to, like he's just all around afraid. I wish he could talk so he could tell me what's wrong and what they did. But if anybody is thinking about taking their pet there, DONT.

Very very pricy, trim looked ok from a distance but one of my dogs got into car and bled all over my seat. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up. I called snd the groomer was gone. I said please call her and find out what happened. They did call me back but said they didn't hurt the dog. I am so sorry I went. I do not recommend this place.

I wish i could’ve left a -0. My dog was at Diva Dog since 8:30am. I called repeatedly asking for an update every hour they would tell me he almost ready(which was a lie). I eventually went up there to check in on him after sitting in my car for 36 mins, they NEVER TOUCHED my dog.. they all was looking crazy as if they forgot. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!! I see why my dog would cry for me while i take him in that place. The worst groom experience i ever encountered. On top of that the customer service the manager or owner had towards the situation was horrible. It’s “we forgot”. How you forget to do a dog that’s been there since 8:30am and y’all close @ 5:30pm…. NEVER AGAINNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!
