My experience at Dillards, no matter where I go, has always been top-tier. However, Ridgeland Ms. Is my favorite location. I drive (2) just to shop.

I just walked away from the fragrance counter which when we walked up you all had two young ladies just talking. We stood for a while before I had to asked them were they helping people today. One of the young lady’s come over literally have no knowledge of the fragrance and walked away from the counter while we were still standing there. I asked her another question about a fragrance she didn’t know what I was talking about walked away as if she was going. As I wait I notice that she was at another counter so I just walked to the shoes the department where the customer service was very pleasant

Store was fairly empty at time of visit. Staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy.
First time shopping clothes at a brick&mortar store in ages. ;)

Horrible customer service in the fragrance area. The ladies were too busy talking to each other instead of the customers. I grabbed the test bottle & told her I wanted the full size. She said a few time it’s the new one, it’s the new one. Ok I don’t care I want to buy it. Long story short she couldn’t find the box then she was telling me to go to the other side or she would have someone bring it over. Didn’t care for her attitude. No one asked if I needed help or anything. I’m from California I came here to visit family, shop, eat, go to a concert. I won’t be back to this store.

I'm not a person that really cares to be in amongst hoards and crowds of folks and I had not been clothes shopping for myself in years. I made it 50' into the store and was lost, entirely out of my element. That's when the Super Hero Ms B a very wonderful and extremely helpful lady noticed me in duress and proceeded to help me and take as much time as necessary to do so. Took me through several areas of the store to find exactly what I needed and I loved her. I wish she was my Aunt or big sister or something so I could see her on holidays. If it hadn't been for Ms B noticing me, I believe I may have turned around and left, only because I was overwhelmed, but Ms B made me feel like family and knew just what I needed and where it all was. Love you Ms B Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. To any customers that read this, just ask for Ms B and if any of Ms B's bosses are reading this, I hope yall recognize just how awesome Ms B is and she needs a big raise with regular bonuses.

You guys have to visit the Fragrance department and ask for "Michelle". TOP NOTCH and super savvy. She has the superstar quality that I know her upper management absolutely loves and can sell sunlight to the world. She can recommend a fragrance for any occasion and it hits every single time. I don't go anywhere else and sometimes if her line doesn't fit you or your occasion, she doesn't stop, she will send you to the right person. Selfless and the ultimate professional. BRAVO Dillards for choosing her to represent you guys!
