Customer service at this pharmacy is terrible. It probably won’t change that’s why I will not spend my money there ever again.

The shelves are always empty. I wonder if this is one of the CVS stores that will be closing. Expired items on the shelf. You're usually have to check out at Self check out. I usually see cashier walking around on the phone. Depending on who is working determine if you'll get quality customer service.

Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Had meds suppose to be there on Wednesday night, they didn’t have it so they claimed they called it in at the Brandon store. Get there and they don’t have it either. Rude is being nice for them also. So glad I don’t live around the place.

The service here is AMAZING!!! The current staff is so helpful every time I come in. They always greet you with a smile and will even guide you to what you are looking for. They make every visit enjoyable. Anyone that leaves a bad review for the store on County line is lying.

The CVS pharmacy at the County Line Road location in Ridgeland is the worse. I take prescriptions on a regular basis and encountered several problems and rude employees in the pharmacy so I moved my prescriptions. My wife's doctor called in a prescription to this location today. After two hours she called and was told it was ready. She went to pick it up about 45 minutes later and was told it was not ready. What?? The tech was rude and made her pull out of the drive through line. She went inside and talked to the pharmacist who asked the tech if she had that counted out yet. It was 2 pills. Yes 2. If they are too stupid to get that right, then they need to find a line of work that does not require math skills or customer service.

The so called, "ASSociate," who goes by the name of, Tanya, does not need to be In the customer service Industry. Using rude to describe her behavior is putting it extremely lightly. She lied to my face, told me I must return to the store I originally purchased said products and talk to the manager there. Funny this was because as soon as I got there, I was told that no one has ever said such and customers can return ANYTHING except food, as long as receipt is present. This is also stated online. I was able to make my return at the old canton location. It's truly unrealistic how much more courteous and well mannered the employees are at the old canton store. This store, which is located, on county line road in Jackson, MS. Either needs to find better customer service representatives, or close the store for good.
