We recently joined the Costco membership. I used their catering services which only only be signed up for in-store. I received so many compliments on the croissant sandwich platters! I was able to pick them up in a timely manner. I would have joined for the catering service alone although I am further away from the location. My only complaint would be they only accept Visa.

Go see Pat at the tire center. Seriously the nicest hardworking manager at a tire place I have seen. He's helped me twice both in emergencies where he could have said no. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions. I don't ever leave reviews so the fact I'm doing one is big!

Great place to shop. Gas prices very reasonable compared to other places. The store hours for the weekend need to be expanded now that Covid restrictions are not as limited. I can't believe that are closed at 6:30 on weekends.

The staff at this Costco is the best around!! I was in search of the 32 degree face coverings (which are the best btw), and they made it their mission to help me find them! They were also all very happy, nice, and helpful. Such a great shopping experience. 10/10

I just left Costco in Ridgeland. I walked up to the cashier, gave her my membership card. Without so much as 2 seconds to say to me that she had gotten a message on her register (immediately after swiping my card) that I qualified for an upgrade to another membership level, the cashier yelled "upgrade", whereupon; a person I assumed is a supervisor walked up and took my card. That person proceeded to walk away with my card (again without so much as a peep to me about what was going on or why he was walking away with my card). So I stopped him and asked where the hell is he going with my card. He then turned around to say that I qualified for an upgrade to another level of membership. Well guess what, you, Costco, don't get to decide if I want to upgrade to another level. You can let me know that I qualify and you let me know you are willing to offer me the upgrade, but I get to decide if I want to upgrade. You don't get to just have someone walk up and take my card and walk away with it, without saying anything. I was flabbergasted at how that took place. Is it the company's policy that customers are just treated as if they have to accept an upgrade? Disrespected me as a customer, completely ignored my privacy in assuming that I was interested in an offer. I get to pay more money to Costco for a membership that is currently serving my needs well.

Great experience at Costco service tonight. I had a low tire pressure alert. Pat in service came right out and put air in with a smile on his face (I could tell by his eyes bc he had a mask on, of course!!!). He then told me what to watch for and said to come right on back and he'd fix me up if I had more trouble. Highly recommend!
