Came in and the lady was nice; asked if we needed any assistance and helped. I mean, it’s an outdoor store that has a good selection. There’s not many snap back mesh hats that are natural colored. Fishing and outdoors activities is one way to bring all together.

I am in the market for a nice pair of hiking shoes. I had a pair of Columbia hikers I bought many years ago and they were great shoes. I was considering visiting this store in the near future to shop for a new pair. However, after learning of the store display of a "Pride" sign celebrating diversity, I will not be visiting this store, nor will I be purchasing any Columbia or Columbia affiliated products in the future. As one previous rater stated... "If you’re truly going to celebrate diversity, then you would not use a symbol unique to a particular group, and would not single out any race, culture or gender. Even a fool knows this"Goodbye for now to Columbia products for me and my household.

Visited the Ridgeland store this week. I’ve purchased clothing from Columbia for many years. I was insulted, shamed, and disrespected by a “Pride Sign) in the window celebrating diversity! Sorry a Columbia you and any other companies under your brand will no longer be receiving any $$ or referrals from me. I challenge you to stay out of politics! If you’re truly going to celebrate diversity, then you would not use a symbol unique to a particular group, and would not single out any race, culture or gender. Even a fool knows this.

The staff there is very attentive to your needs, neat and clean. Bargains all throughout the store.

Today was my 2nd time visiting this store and I made a purchase both times. The first time I went was Black Friday around 12:30pm. The store wasn’t crowded but I had to find someone to assist me because the young lady near me was so engrossed in conversation with another customer and basically ignored me. And that customer didn’t make a purchase.I did find a nice gentleman who assisted me and the ladies at cash register were very friendly..Today Mikayle greeted me as soon as I walked in store and said if I needed help to let her know. She did help me and I appreciated it so much. She is definitely an asset to company unlike the female during first visit.The ladies at cash register were Charlene and Kristi. I had met both during first visit and they were very friendly then and the same today.One thing I love is good customer service and that’s basically what you get in this store with that one exception. I honestly don’t shop a lot but plan to go back because of the experience. I also got great deals on jackets etc.I highly recommended shopping at this store if in the area.

Zero stars. Abysmal return policy. Returned jacket January 15. February 9 still waiting for my $84 refund. After 5 very frustrating calls with customer service, still don't have my money 25 days later. Will never shop here again.

Customer service is abysmal and I could not get a return label by calling, Facebook Messenger or their Facebook Page. The item I purchased was intended as a Christmas present and ordered several days in advance. It arrived after Christmas and I was promised a return label.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
