“Walked in; i was not dressed the part to shop here. I did not come in looking like an official Brooks Brothers patron. However, the manager didn’t treat any differently. At first, I thought he was just a salesperson. He helped me find my fit in blazers and didn’t flinch at me trying on multiple. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. He was honest with how the garment looked on me. All in all, He was a great salesman. It’s rare to find a salesperson who values repeat business and understands how important the customers are. The fact that I looked like a hobo and that didn’t affect the level of customer service, speaks volumes.”

“I went inside on a Saturday around five. The sales person was nice. He was busy but was pleasant. He told us the sales special and helped with questions. I read the other reviews about poor customer service and became a little nervous going in. But the sales guy eased that worry. So, if you like AE clothing and don’t want to deal with rude sales people, the guy that works on Saturday afternoon with the Star Wars shirt will turn your opinion around.”
“Came in and the lady was nice; asked if we needed any assistance and helped. I mean, it’s an outdoor store that has a good selection. There’s not many snap back mesh hats that are natural colored. Fishing and outdoors activities is one way to bring all together.”

“The lady working the counter was very friendly and made great recommendations. This store is definitely in an expensive part of town and fits right in. The swim suits are of high quality fabric, but if you aren't prepared have quite the sticker shock value. We stuck to the clearance and managed to pick up a few items. Not much gear for running, but otherwise a decent selection of outdoor clothing.”
