Let me tell yeah c.c.c. in ridgeland is the best!! Need a flat tire repaired 2 was ahead of me. Manager said I'll do my best get yeah done they close at 1 like 11:59 buy 12;36 I was done. They will have all my car business dor sure. Thank-you guys for such professional service if I could give you 10 stars I would.

My experience was okay. The staff was friendly, but could improve on communication skills. I waited while my car was being repaired, but an update would have been nice. I felt uncomfortable asking questions because the manager was a little short with me.

Took my wife's car up here asking them to replace the alternator. They called back an hour later and said it was ready for pickup and that the battery terminals just needed to be tightened and cleaned up. 4 days later her car dies with my kids in the car in 105 degree heat and the dash says "check charging system" which means the alternator is completely done. Now we have to pay for a tow truck when all of this SHOULD have been taken care of the first time I took it up there and told them exactly what was wrong. I wouldn't take another vehicle up here even if it was free. Will never return.

Web site air-conditioning repair or diagnostic, but they said they don’t do that at the location I went to. I called another location and I was advised they do not do appointments. Then when I asked, when can I bring it in? They told me we are booked for the next two or three days basically.

Ran by Sonic next door and picked up a burger, then into this place to get an oil change. Employee literally scolded me for eating in front of him because he was hungry and evidently couldn't stop long enough to eat.

I spoke to the first employee at Harbor Freight and he told me how much he makes and he has to buy his own tools. So I went to Pearl and Brandon and they all had the same story. Low low pay and long hours so they can't even get a second job...I liked this place until I spoke to a few employees and found out they do not get paid enough at all for all the hard work..and they have to buy their own tools smh. Take care of your employees...that is who is making the owner lots of money! Until I find out they are paying better my family and friends will not return and I have a big family and lots of friends who listen to me ?

While working in Jackson I brought my car for diagnostics and repair for front wheel noise. The shop indicated to replace suspension parts, I authorized. Later that day they indicated to replace the tires and I was offered Pirelli tires, ( my car takes run-flat tires) and I picked up my car at the end of the day as I need to drive back to Texas the next day.When I made it home I noticed I had 2 Pirelli and 2 Continental tires on each side of the car. I returned to Jackson 4 days later and contacted the shop asking them to provide a full set of Pirelli tires I was offered. I was never informed or asked to get mixed tires, neither informed about it when I picked up the car. I brought the car back and dropped it off asking them to give me a full set of the same tires. They declined straight up to work things out. I offered to leave the car so they could order them ( they insisted the tires were not available in the state). In the end I was told they could not do anything, that I had to keep those tires. I even offered to get my old tires and I would get new ones in Texas but they declined to fix the situation. Having to run a company I had no time to lose with them and just picked up my car. Needless to say that the wheel noise didn’t go away ( it was the wheel hub) after spending over 2500 between parts, labor and an uneven set of tires.Absolutely subpar customer service, craftsmanship and business practices.Services: Tires

These guys were the absolute best! So helpful. They even called days later to make sure everything was ok with my car after they fixed it. That really meant a lot to me and i will give them my business again as well as tell everyone about them! Such a great group of guys!

When it comes to your vehicle and who's fooling with it/ under the hood. It's so important to get someone or a company that's going to legitimately look out for you and best interests. That's what I found @ this location here on hwy 51 here in Ridgeland, Car Care Clinic. Hats off to Ms Heidi ?? and her crew. Thank you so much for looking out. It's truly remarkable what these dealerships charge for maintenance for your vehicle UNBELIEVABLE. NOT recommended.Took wife’s car in for alignment on 10/25/2022 after new front control arms were installed. I noticed the steering wheel was not centered when driving so i took it to a different shop on 12/2/2022. The picture shows the alignment is way off. I called and was told their warranty is only 30 days for alignment. I’m not confident they actually performed an alignment based on how far off everything is. I don’t drive this car much so it went unnoticed. They offered to put it back on their alignment rack in the future but i have no desire to let them work on anything i own again. No other solutions were offered.Also, I had brand new wheels and tires balanced at their shop. When i installed them I had a vibration at anything over 60 mph. I went to another shop and was told all 4 were out of balance.All this work happened within about 2 weeks of each other.In both cases the other shop was Mavis in Madison.
