I would first like to start by saying I wish I could give these guys 1000 stars for their professionalism, courtesy, accuracy, and overall service is amazing. I would recommend anybody to come and have their car taken Care of at this location upon entering is where I met Timothy and I love the fact that they have all types of discounts, especially ladies' day I came in because of a scrubbing noise on my back passenger tire. They explained everything to me. And a day and a half later, I had my car back in pristine condition. I wasn’t quoted an ungodly amount to fix it. It was like walking into a business with a bunch of older brothers who just wanted to make sure that their little sister's car was taken care of. Craig and Franco, we’re awesome as well. I can’t thank you guys enough they have a new customer.!

Craig really helped me out on several issues. They are very knowledgeable and fair. If you are not satisfied with your service or what you are charged, go to the top and talk to Craig, he will make it right for you. I will be going back.

The truth is that I didn't like it because this is the second time I've taken a car to be aligned and they come up with the same excuse that the alignment is a little crooked, and the other excuse was that my car is old And it is true that the car is a 2000 year old, but if they have problems with old cars and cannot do an alignment, it is better that they be honest and not deceive people in order to charge a service. that at the end of the day they can't do it

Great place! Broke down 2 hours from home on a Saturday and they got us in quickly & got the problem diagnosed and taken care of! All friendly staff & made us feel at home!! Would definitely recommend!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from the moment I dropped my vehicle off till the time of pickup. Went in for brake and rotary replacement and I am satisfied with the work that was done. The guys went above and beyond for customer service satisfactory.

Super grateful for Clayton and the Old Canton Car Care Clinic! First went to the location on Lakeland only to be told nothing was wrong when I knew I had an active oil leak. Old Canton took the time to figure out where the leak was coming from. It’s such a big help that they’re open on the weekends, too. Took about four hours total to order/receive the parts and fix the issue. Thank you Car Care Clinic Old Canton!

Highly recommend Craig and his team! I’m almost 400 miles from home and my car wouldn’t start. On a Saturday when they close at 1, I had my car towed to his shop at lunch and he was able to diagnose and fix my car in time for me to make it to my daughter’s game. The lead mechanic was a straight shooter his exact words to me were I run an honest shop and he meant it. They were able to repair my brakes same day. No one is happy when they break down, but I was happy knowing when it happened, that the Car Care Clinic & Jet Lube - Reservoir team had my best interests in mind. After one shop had some issues with a repair my vehicle was towed to this location. Craig took great care of me, explained what was going on, and had me going again in no time. I can't thank them enough for stepping up and providing great service. This is a place that I can't recommend enough.
