Walked in; i was not dressed the part to shop here. I did not come in looking like an official Brooks Brothers patron. However, the manager didn’t treat any differently. At first, I thought he was just a salesperson. He helped me find my fit in blazers and didn’t flinch at me trying on multiple. He was knowledgeable and low pressure. He was honest with how the garment looked on me. All in all, He was a great salesman. It’s rare to find a salesperson who values repeat business and understands how important the customers are. The fact that I looked like a hobo and that didn’t affect the level of customer service, speaks volumes.

Customer for life!! Great help from Mrs Karen and Eric. I can buy nice clothes anywhere. But, I choose to do business here. They are the best!!

Although I've only shopped here a couple times, there was one experience which leads me to give it five stars. I called the store to inquire about if some shoes seen online were in stock. After being told that they were then I just very casually mentioned over the phone that I would come in the next day to try the shoes on and didn't think anything else about it after that. So the next day I visit the store, and I learned that the associate who I spoke with on the telephone had set a pair of shoes aside in their back supply room and actually put a note on the shoebox with my name on it to reserve it for me! Initially, I wasn't sure if I was even going to purchase the shoes in the first place, but both the high quality of their products and the unexpected level of good customer service led me to end up purchasing a pair.

I just received the worst service I've ever received from a semi-upscale store. I called to purchase a sweater for my son. The sweater I wanted was not in stock; I asked about another and was told I could not be helped over the phone and would have to shop in person. In the past, I've purchased a fair amount from this store. Needless to say, in the future, I'll go to either the Rogue or Great Scott in Jackson.

I soooo wish I didn't demand excellence... but Brooks Brothers ALWAYS delivers... excellent quality of goods, and the staff could not be better... they surpass any other clothing establishment. If I can't find what I want or need, the personnel go out of the way to find it for me. You will not be disappointed!!! I neglected to mention that my my sister and I have sewn for more years than I care to admit. One of the greatest signs of quality, is matching prints at the side seams. It's amazing to see expensive clothing with horribly mismatched seams. This does not happen at Brooks Brothers!

Why advertise holiday hours and then not be open? Website says 9am Sec. 24 but the store is a ghost town. Way to lose a sale, BB.

Upon entering the store there was no one around. Could have easily picked up a half dozen shirts and casually walked out and no one would have seen me.
