Both stores seem to be on life support. No sales associates and the few they have don’t have any product knowledge. The customer service is sorry at both stores.
I don’t want their app or their coupons because of so many exclusions. I don’t need the Belk card anymore.
Management better do something to get customers in the store soon. The Conn’s partnership failed and was a desperate attempt to save the sinking ship. Being at Northpark isn’t helping much either.

Who ever stocks the racks should pay better attention to their job. The hanger on the pants had the size I wanted but when I got home I noticed the pants were much bigger. Now I have to make another hundred mile trip to exchange them.
