Love my new tub to shower conversion! Just what I wanted and Billy Bishop was the nicest and hardest working man. He was so polite and informative throughout the process. I would recommend Bath Fitter and Billy to everyone!

I regret using them. our home was in the market for a walk in shower. we called one vendor and they came in very high. seeing an ad for bath fitters, we called them. the sales guy took measurements and made his pitch. it's my own fault for not paying closer attentions to the details. there was an alcove where the tub/shower was. my ass-u-mption was that the shower footprint would go to the edge. I also ass-u-med that when adding inside the shower rails on two sides that I would have enough room to stand without anything touching me. both assumptions were incorrect. because of the kit design, the shower doors are about 3 inches from the edge of the alcove. because of the presence of handrails, my arms were touching them as I stood in the shower. I can replace the handrails, not an issue. their kit, however, does not allow for extra room and you will be stuck with whatever they get you. If you decide to use this company, be very sure you understand and ask about how much room you lose because the kit is small, the doors are centered on the top of their kit, and how much you lose because of rails. I am stuck with the result of my assumptions. you don't have to be as you are now forewarned. Even though their quotes denotes the 32" x 60" pad, you really only get a 28.5" wide interior pad measured from the interior wall of the shower to the edge of the door frame.

We had to have a walk in shower installed when my mother in law moved in. Billy Bishop was absolutely wonderful. He was so patient and kind with all the questions. He went out of his way to make the process easy. He worked long hours to make sure he finished and didn't put us out with an extra day. Ours was an old jacuzzi tub over 30 years old and was not an easy job for anybody. I would definitely recommend them. The price they quote is the price you pay. Not matter what they find when they get started.

Bathfitter of Ridgeland, MS did a tub-to-shower conversion in my home in May 2023. From my initial inquiry email to the actual work performed everything was done in a professional and expedient manner. The office staff promptly answered emails and phone calls, as did the agent who conducted our initial consultation. The tradesmen who actually performed the conversion did so in a manner that respected our home and kept all noise and debris to an absolute minimum and accomplished the entire conversion, as quoted, in ONE day. We are well satisfied with the product they delivered, and would hire Bathfitter of Ridgeland, MS again if the need ever arises.

I am a disabled and have to use walker to get around. I cannot raise my right leg much and not very high with my left. This was caused from an injury to my spinal cord. I began falling in the bathtub and one day saw a TV advertisement about Bath Fitter. My wife and I decided to give them a call about my issue and ask could they help.They sent two men to my home. They did not just try to sell me something. They assessed the threat to me and then designed a solution to eliminate that threat. They understood how hamulated I was to fall and have to have my son and wife help me up and out of the tub.They recommended a walk-in shower with a seat, no glass (scared I would break it and get cut), 2 bars in the shower and one outside of it for extra security when moving in and out. Not only did they assess the threat they neutralized it in one of the most skilled and professional design and deployment operations I have ever seen. Mr Douglas Cruise not only highly skilled and professional but also one of the nicest young men I have ever had the honor of meeting.The extra work and thought about the shower designee by Bath Fitter has already saved me from a fall! Our shower was not completed. It has been 6 months, and our shower is still not finished. We have not received any feedback as to when it will be done. Update-March 9, they came and fixed the bottom of the shower as we all agreed

Douglas C. and Hunter converted my bathtub to a shower. They did an amazing job. Douglas kept me informed as they converted my bathtub to a shower. They were very professional. I would recommend Bath Fitter if you need work done. I am very satisfied with my new shower.

They came to do an inspection and the driver said he would call back, and that’s been over 3 months ago.I seen their reply, however no one informed me of anything because I wasn’t home for the process. I was at work. I called there the same day that I done this review and I was told that someone was going to reach out to me. I still haven’t heard anything but yet I get on here today and see their reply

The Ridgeland location of Bathfitters resurfaced our bathtub and shower in 2006 and did a great job. Recently we had a problem with the plumbing so I called to see if it was covered under the lifetime warranty. Amy explained that the fiber glass tub and shower is covered but not plumbing fixtures; however the manager took time to explain where to get the part and how to fix it! In this “no care” customer service world that is exemplary and totally unexpected and I would highly recommend the service to anyone who wants to convert and old bathtub and or shower to a totally new look without the expense of removing it.Service: Bathtub resurfacing
