Not very attentive in person or on phone. They hardly return calls and vehicles are over priced with high mileage. Only go if you alot to put down to get approved.

I purchased my 2019 deleted f250 for $70,000 along with a full warrenty from auto innovation and was reassured the truck would be covered under this aftermarket warranty despite the modifications. 3 years later my transmission has gone out so I decided to make a claim only to get denied by the warranty company due to the "dpf delete" that I purchased the truck with. After speaking to the warranty company there was a resolution in sight! Since I was negligently sold this warranty, All Auto Innovation would have to do is file a cancellation form and admit their wrong doing and I would receive a full refund! After numerous attempt and legal action they still remain radio silent! They sell some pretty trucks but do some shady business, I will be taking my future six figure truck purchases elsewhere!******EDIT*****Minutes after writing my review I noticed a one star review on my personal company and guess who it was! Very unfortunate this individual representing this company would be this unprofessional and completely mishandle this situation. Stay far far away from this dealer.

The staff here was great! I went to buy a truck for my husband's birthday and the guys here really made me feel like I knew what I was doing. They were patient and understanding and did not make me feel stupid at all. Great pricing and excellent customer service!
