On Feb 21, 2024 I came into the store to make a purchase. Julia the sales rep was very rude. I came in the store to purchase an iPad for my daughter’s birthday. I called the store prior to arriving and spoke a very nice rep Jason he was able to help chose a iPad that would be perfect and set up the order for me. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes later, I walked in waited for a few minutes and Julia approached me, I told her I had spoken to Jason, he was helping me and I asked to speak with him. She basically ignored me and said I don’t see an order here for you, she asked me what the order was and told me she would check to see if it was in stock. I told her I had spoken to Jason and he confirmed that everything was in stock and available. She went to the back and brought back the item. My daughter was with me and I told Julia to make sure to included the student discount. She began to get my total, I watched her put in the payment method as credit card and I explained I was paying with cash. She says “oh I entered card and printed the receipt, let get someone to help cancel and redo the transaction.” Another lady walks over and shows her what to do. She started the transaction again, I noticed she forgot the student discount she says don’t worry about it it’s fine, it will all work out on the receipt. She give me a total with discount and say again oh it’s fine. Then give me the wrong change. Only enough change for the cost without the student discount. I corrected her and explained that she didn’t give me enough change. Frustrated she say let me get the receipt and I’ll show you. She comes back with the receipt showing no student discount. Then says “ let me get someone to look at this. She comes back with the same lady as before who I must say was very nice and helpful. She tells the other sales rep in front of me, “I don’t know why it’s such a big deal, it’s only $30 dollars.” The other sales rep says give that lady and her daughter their discount and her money. Julia then rolls her eyes and huffs. I believe Julia had an issue with me because I am African American, she assumed I had no intentions on purchasing when I walked in, she seemed annoyed while helping and was rude. During our transition she also began talking to other people in the store. She did not show any interest in helping me and was so rushed that she continued to make mistakes. I even glanced over at the security guard that was standing near me and he put his head down and shook his head in disappointment of Julia’s behavior and the rude things she was saying. Even when the other sales rep came to help she talked over her and assumed she was not knowledgeable, she tried correcting her several times, the other sales rep knew exactly how to correct Julia’s errors. Mind you the other sales rep was African American as well. This was unsettling and disappointing, I brought my daughter in the store on her birthday to allow her get her birthday gift and we were treated rude and racially profiled. I am saddened that my daughter had to witness this. And disappointed by my experience.

For one employees & the store/atmosphere was really nice. I had received help from Krystal with the curly hair & she was soo adorable & amazing I absolutely love her!! Anytime I come into the store that is who I would like to see..I was having trouble getting my iphn back on & she jumped right on it with no problems..I think she deserves a raise thanks again Krystal!☺️

My husband went to the Apple store for help with his Apple Watch. Staff was rude and condescending-sent to table for assist but employee finished with customer they were waiting on & then left him at table.There were 4 other employees (Apple shirts) that were standing around doing nothing. He asked the clerk if one of them help but she informed my husband that she had no one who could help him. He left. Would never recommend this store to anyone!

I purchased the $800 Hermes watch from Apple Renaissance store in Ridgeland Mississippi on Thursday, 5th September, brought it home to discover the charger is bad. Brought it back to the Apple Store the next day and after spending an hour, waiting to be helped, I was told they don’t have a charger in stock. However, there was a charger on the shelf. When I found it, I was told they couldn’t give me that one and have to order a charger and call me when it comes in. She also said you can buy that one, if you want. So, I’ll have to come back and wait another hour to pick it up. The girl waiting on me was rude and shouldn’t be working at Apple. Not sure what happened to Apple. People there were very friendly and helpful in the past. I’ve always thought Apple products were expensive but also thought you get what you pay for and Apple has some fine products. It’s the people that make a company. Of course the products have much to do with success, but people can ruin a company quicker than products can be produced. The entire experience could have been much different if the employee showed a little interest in my needs and acted like she enjoyed her job helping customers. However, she acted like she would rather be somewhere else, and maybe she should!

Really terrible store. When I walked into the store I was told that I had to turn off “Find My iPhone” even though I was there for a laptop repair. I was not offered a reasonable explanation for the policy. I was told that it was just the rule and I would not be served if I didn’t do it. My “genius” was more than 15 minutes late for the start of my appointment. I left my laptop for repairs, but they were not able to do the work as promised. A couple of days after I left it, I got two different prices that were both higher than the original estimate and involved shipping the laptop to a different location. There was no explanation of why they gave me two prices or why there was a new price a few hours after the first estimate. Also they never answered the phone when I tried to return their calls. I tried multiple times and always got forwarded to main Apple support. A lovely lady from main support put me on hold while SHE tried to call them. I eventually hung up because I had been on hold so long. She must have eventually gotten through, because a man from the store called me about 15 minutes after I hung up. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. Employees here were rude to my elderly mother in the past. In future I will take my business to the Germantown TN store.

Awful experience at this store. Got my battery replaced but they damaged the front camera. Had to argue with one of the representatives. She is the girl with hat which was sassy and rude i think her name is Nesha. Had to talk to store manager and he was polite and helpful to get it fixed. Just don’t get your stuff fixed because they will either make it worse or damage it without reimbursement.

I would call it the apple moron bar. Sales people knew less than my brother and I. I will be buying an iPhone soon, but not from here. And rude, I have only been in maybe five Apple stores, this one is by far the worst and I will not be back and would steer anyone I know away from it. Really.

They were packed as usual but the young lady greedy us at the door and started working on the son phone outside because it was full of customers got it working . Took about 15 min.

No one could help me with my sons iPhone he was in a wreck and his phone was destroyed. He was in the hospital and I was trying to use his apple care to replace his phone. Because he could not remember apple password they just could not do anything I was very disappointed I have all apple products for home and business because of the apple care but I actually had to buy new phone for him and 6 weeks later still have not received assistance with is apple info so he could at least get his contacts back.

Went to purchase Ultra Watch. After purchase, it would not sync with my Iphone 6SPlus. Upsold a new 14Pro phone. Spent three and a half hours in the store and they failed to sync the new phone with the old or the Watch with the phone. I have a partially working phone and a not working watch and I spent over $2000.00 I would not recommend this store.
