No pixs just impressions. My trusty iPhone 12 display went haywire. Got a genius appointment and lucked out with Julia as my rep. She was nice and competent. Full diagnostics and gave me options to repair or replace. I chose to replace and she was wonderful with options. I had a great experience

My daughter went in to have her computer checked out she needed a battery. They gave her a very great suggestion on getting a new computer versus buying a new battery. It was only a little bit more to actually get a trade-in on a new MacBook.
