I really hate to do this because a few weeks ago I actually met the owner Angie and she is absolutely phenomenal!!! I accompanied my friend while she shopped for a dress for a gala. She purchased a dress and said she would be back in a few weeks to get another dress. So on yesterday we went to the store to purchase another dress and have the same fun shopping experience. We arrived around 11. The store didn’t open until 11:30 we found out because a young lady getting out of her care informed us that they didn’t open until 11:30 and she knew because she worked there. She proceeded to walk away from the store into another store so we walked across the street into Barnes and Nobles to kill time. We went back around 12 and my friend already had a dress in mind that she tried on previously. She had taken a picture of the tag and the young lady said very swiftly that it was sold. So she handed us some hair ties and continued to sit on her phone. My friend and I looked through some dresses and we walked them to the dressing room. She was not helpful at all in that manner. My friend is trying on dresses and I ended up finding the dress we initially asked about and she was like oh well it maybe bought already I’m gonna call and see and she never let us know if it was sold or not. Needless to say my friend ended up finding a dress cause of course she has beautiful gowns. The young lady proceeded to tell her that if she paid cash it would be cheaper and it would be 30$ more if she used a credit card told her that she had to pay 15 for a garment bag. Which wasn’t a problem at all but seeing how lousy her customer service was she told her she would leave and get cash but in actuality she just didn’t like how the young lady had treated her. So my friend left the dress at the store. She is going back today to pick it up with hopes of the owner being there for a more enjoyable experience

Had a bad experience. Very rude, pushy employees and an insane list of rules you have to follow as soon as you walk in. Not a fun shopping experience at all

Definitely had an amazing first time experience while dress shopping with Angie's. Shout out to Tatum she was an amazing lady she helped pock out different styles and the perfect size that fit. She was very sweet I'll definitely be coming back in the future for dresses such an amazing store and the best staff ever I absolutely fell in love with the dress I got can't wait to wear it for prom.

Terrible experience! As we walked in worker asked if we needed help and we told her we were just looking, then she went and sat down on her phone the entire time and didn’t ask anymore questions and proceeded to tell us we couldn’t try on dresses without an adult after we found dresses we wanted to try on. Worst dress experience of my life. very disappointed!!

What a wonderful experience!!! Angie is the owner and she greeted me immediately and found the perfect earrings to go with my dress!The store is sooo girly and beautiful. I felt so very relaxed and love ? the way it’s decorated.I highly recommend stopping by if you need a formal, jewelry or just to browse!!!

Don't have any photos to upload because photo taking is not allowed which is understandable. However, my daughter and I had our greatest mother-daughter formal shopping experience ever at Angie's. The store was amazing. The selection was outstanding. And the Dress Consultant, Ava2 (she explained there's an Ava 1) was Superior. Usually, when dress shopping, we leave the store upset with each out for months. But after this experience, my daughter "SAID YES TO TWO DRESSES!"Thank you, Angie's & Ava2 for helping me, my daughter & my sister figure out our way through our stuff.

When she put the light on the dress....she almost started to cry. We found her the perfect dress for prom!!!! You have to go to Angie's.

Nice store with lots of great options for prom. Most dresses seemed to start at $400 but was able to find ONE at the $200 mark so I was very happy. The service here was very good as well. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice dress and have a good budget. Lots of one of a kind dresses to be found here and great service!

I loved it. My daughter found the perfect prom dress there. The experience was great. Shout out to Ava!!! She is the best. She was great with us, she also suggested another beautiful gown. My kid said yes to the dress

We have shopped at Angie's on 2 separate occasions purchasing 4 gowns in all for my teenage daughter. The experience at Angie's is absolutely amazing! The personal shoppers do a phenomenal job of finding dresses that look beautiful and also fit! Yes the dresses can be a little pricey, but the designer gowns are all absolutely stunning, and my daughter never has to worry about someone wearing the same dress to her events. It's so easy for a teenager to feel bad about dress shopping and it can definitely be stressful. But at Angie's my daughter is always smiling the entire time she is trying on dresses, it's always a great experience for her, and for us! I highly recommend this shop for and formal dress needs! We will always buy our daughter's gowns here! Also, they have a layaway plan available!

Have purchased both of my daughters dresses with Angie’s. They have the best staff not to mention Angie is so knowledgeable when it come to designers and every dress on the market. Will forever recommend Angie and her AMAZING staff for any formal, semi-formal, and accessory needs.

We initially had an appt during spring break. We drive an hour to the location and Angie’s is closed. So we wait an hour for them to open. We go in, tag some dresses, fill out paper work, and stand around and wait while the employees are on their phones. We did end up buying something from them but we WAY overpaid for the treatment we received. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY LACKING AS WELL AS DRESS SELECTION!
