I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I chose to wait, by the way. However, it didn't feel like I was there for 2 hours. The amenities are phenomenal! The coffee and snack bar, the multiple lounge areas that are set up to meet specific needs-working on laptops, watching TV, kids area, etc. I have had other vehicles (ahem, a Lexus) and the service area did not compare. Not to mention the kind and professional staff!! Good job, guys and gals! Y'all are killing it! ?

Chris Gawarecki of the service department at Acura of Jackson is a top notch employee. He bends over backwards to help everyone while making you feel like you’re the only customer there! He is super nice, calming, very efficient and very helpful!
