I initially sought assistance from another mortgage company when I began the process of purchasing my home. However, I was met with rudeness, uncertainties, and they lacked professionalism. A few days after I stopped the process with that mortgage company, I was referred to Gabe Carraway at Academy Mortgage. Instantly, he put my mind at ease and assured me that he was more than willing to help me through the process from start to finish. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or doubt him because he thoroughly communicated every step of the process. Since I closed on my home August 17, 2021, Gabe has reached out numerous times to check and see how I was enjoying my home and made himself available to assist if I need him. Gabe delivered and exceeded my expectations and I would definitely refer anyone to him and his team especially if you’re a first time home buyer.

This process was Amazingly simple due to my LO Gabe being so thorough and always available for any questions or concerns that I had. The home buying process is scary but I am very thankful that I chose Gabe. It didn’t matter how many times I asked the same questions or how many times I called, Gabe always greeted me with the same friendly demeanor and didn’t make me feel like I was worrying him. Even when I wanted to jump ship and give up because of what other realtors and friends and family would say to discourage me, one call to Gabe and I was back on schedule. Gabe, you are THE BEST.
