TERRIBLE …they picked my tv up for repair on the 9th of November prior to that I called in to explain and the lady told me it was fine they would repair and call me I called 2 weeks later the tv still in repair here it is 2 months later and I still haven’t received the tv or a replacement was an 65 in I went in and they attempted to offer me a 55 in tv this is the reason I never lease anything I buy everything cash because this was horrible worst experience ever the lack of communication concern and customer care the guy who originally picked my tv up was the only one who at least tried to help everyone else didn’t care cause hey it’s not them without a tv in they living room people ask me where they recommend leasing furniture or electronics appliances I will NEVER recommend Aaron’s ‼️‼️

My husband and I were there a few minutes before they opened on Sunday November 22, 2020. They open at 12 noon. Well, a woman pulled up, unlocked the doors and turned on the lights and then came back out, locked the doors and got in her car and left again. We waited for 30 minutes for her to come back, but nothing. All she did was make it appear the store was open when they're supposed to be. Completely unprofessional. This is the aarons of Wheatley rd. Do not waste your time or hard earned money. I wouldn't have even given them one star, but in order to post this, I had to.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Aaron’s, every time I call or go into the store the staff is always so friendly and helpful the management team is even better!

Nice people. Horrible location but they make up for it. Danielle,Katrina super nice. Alexis too. Renting is not the way to go unless you have to but they made it pretty easy... I have been a business owner for 36 years. I vouch for this place

Horrible place to do business. Got the sectional and found places where the threads wasn't sewed all the way. We asked for another one and they said the would have in a week. We kept calling. Then they said it would be a month. Then they brought a section that was used and wore down. We didn't want that because it wasn't new. Then they said they would have a new one in a week. After a month was over they still didn't have it. We are paying Insurance on it and evidently that isnt working. We waited two months and then stopped paying because we decided we just didn't want it because they didn't send a new one. Different workers called and we told them we didn't want it. Different and same people call for us to pay. We keep telling the same thing, to come and get it. We still have this and they haven't come to get it. We've called manager to. It is a mess there and they don't communicate with each other. This is a huge mess! DONT GO!!!

I am renting to own a MATCHING washer and dryer - the timer on the dryer went out so Aaron's came to pick it up and I was told it was an easy fix and I will get it back in a few days. I am given a temporary dryer that has a stupid slope to the top - can't put anything on it like dryer sheets what have ya - slides right off. This was over 5 MONTHS ago. I have been told several times it is ready. Was told I would get it Thursday of this past week - Aaron's was a no show and no phone call. I called and supposedly they had a bad day and just could not make it. Rescheduled with a LONG 5 hour window today - a beautiful sunny Saturday and I am babysitting. 11:00-4:00 pm is my window. Aaron's is a no-show again and NO phone call AGAIN! I could have taken kids out today instead we sat here bored and waiting!! Thank God for Net-Flix LOL! Aaron's is only owed less than 50.00 on my account and they will not see it until I get my dryer and there BETTER NOT be any late fees when I do...IF I do that is.

I wish i could leave 0 stars but its making me select one. This place is very unprofessional. The sales manager Jamella is very rude and has a bad attitude, and the store manager Matt is very discriminating. We made a complaint to him about the service we received from jamella and he cancelled our application and called us liars. I will never rent from this place again. Bad business

This place made me so mad. I asked for a new box spring plane as day and still got a used one. Then I paid cash think I could get delivered that was a no go they didn't tell me that like I just was suppose to knew. On Top of that when I requested my money back they was sure to tell me that that's a big no no in they company so they had to get the area and district manager involved. Like I literally gave up I'm not ever going back to another Aaron's spend my money else where. They was so obsessed to get the sale that they didn't even treat me like I was human like warning me was non existence plus this store in particular is just trash I'm not going back AT ALL NEVER AGAIN! This store literally made/make other stores look so freaking bad its a shame. Like for the life of me I complained about that box spring for a week straight cause it was the complete opposite of what I asked for I ask for a NEW -THICK BOX SPRING they gave me a USED - THIN BOX SPRING , & when I asked how did y'all get it confused no had nothing to say I walked them thro the entire conversation after they tried to make feel as if I was going crazy. Yes this happened all over a box spring because I want what I want I spent money thinking that's what I was getting but it's neither here nor there. I gave it to my mom and just went to Conn's & called it a week.

Money was taken from a card that was not authorized and was told that it was refunded back by it wasn't .If you can take a full payment then you start taking partial payments and lie about you refunded back to my card,no I won't ever do it again. I have dealt with them for years but now never again
