Don't go here unless your wanting to die took my child and they just told us that it was stomach virus the next day took him to another hospital and ended up having to be took to Jackson children hospital for over a week if I would have listened to them at perry county hospital I would have lost my child worst hospital I've ever seen

They don't take Humana. They sent me a bill for $5165 for ct skan. Sounds kind of pricey for 3 minutes work.

All the staff from the lady that checks you in to nurses, doctors, lab techs, and NP are excellent. Ive taken my kids here many times for liquid stiches, stomach virus, even sprained ankles. The staff have always been polite and professional. Having a hospital in a small town like Richton is a blessing and im thankful its there for my family

Had the flu for a week, went in they did chest xray said it was pneumonia now put me on a strong antibiotic, still running feever and having night swetts and its been over 10 days,Did not prescribe breathing treatments, or steroid shot, did not follow up on treatments!and. What they did did not work still have shortness of breath. They did not even tell me what kind of pneumonia it was . Don't waste your money!

These people in the ER don't care about their patients. I went in with vomiting and pains worse than labor pains arms drawing up like I was trying to have a stroke. I was gave 2 types of nausea meds and sent home. I ended up just 5 hours later at Forrest General where they actually did more than draw blood they ran tests. The lower part of my lungs was full of pueamonia. Being a heart patient thanks to this fine establishment it could've ended worse. Sad thing is I have insurance and was still treated poorly.

Horrible! Went there throwing up didnt even touch me just said i had a virus and sent me home and took forever getting to the door to let me in i will never go there again
