I've waited on hold for 1 hour and 24 minutes before, pulled up while on hold while they was having a conversation about they're weekend while the phones ringing off the hook, no urgency, zero customer service, under qualified staff. Waited weeks for medicine before, the drive thru always packed u less they've randomly closed for lunch. Someone from head office needs to head over to this walgreens.

My grandfather has been trying to get his meds refilled for going on 2 weeks. He has used this place for 2 years. Sadly, they keep giving him the run around about their system. So we can't have it transferred. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS PLACE!!!

Do not use this pharmacy for in-store COVID/Flu test. They are not trained on and/or do not implement the actual protocol to properly perform the test. Also, scheduling is available online even when they don't have tests available in-store. You will not get a notification that they are out of tests -- you'll only find out after you show up.

Worst pharmacy ever. I'm 100% sure she just told me she doesn't have my sons prescription just to make me leave. When I asked when they would get some she said maybe next week.

they took my review down.they sold me expired insulin!they flat admitted to doing my medicine based off an old prescription, and not the new ones sent in.they are so rude and don't want my story put on here. they know they messed up, and they know there is a lawsuit on their hands!

The pharmacy at this particular Walgreens has absolutely no sense of urgency. I went through the drive-through, and the young lady had my medicine in her hand. All she had to do was put it in a bag and I counted the minutes. It took her five minutes to put the medicine in the bag and ring up my medicine. She was in no rush at all and we had a line out to the Highway. If you want get your medicine try to go and be the first person in line because you will spend the rest of your evening waiting on your medicine, and I only had one bottle. She moved as slow as she possibly could to bag my medicine. I was the 3rd car in line and I was there for 30 minutes.

The retail side of the store is fine but the pharmacy team is a joke. They fail to let you know when they don't have your meds. The girls in pharmacy think it's funny when you get upset because they don't have your meds and you're there to pick them up because the app said it's ready.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They’re rude, & lazy, & very unprofessional. I was on hold for an hour trying to get my prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy, it was a 3 day process of going back and forth with them. & they NEVER sent my medications over even after days of asking them to do so & even getting the other pharmacy to call them. Would not recommend them.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is awful. Three out four time if Med's are called in by customer or physician they are not ready even after you call and they say they'll be ready at a certain time. When you arrived they are not ready. As if you time or condition does not matter!!!!!

I called this morning and asked the pharmacy if they had a thumb brace and she said she didn't think so ! So I asked her if she could look and she said hold on ! I heard her ask another woman and she said if they did it would be on the back wall so I asked her if she could look and she said NO ! They care nothing about there customers and I will never call or shop this store again and will advise my family and friends to not shop also ! Very poor customer service !!!!!!!!

Wow! I never had bad customer experience here. But Ashely Winters, just made up for it. Not only has it been 5 days, an ive gotten all kinds of lies and pathetic exuses. To name a few. She said that the prescription had been put back because i said not to fill it now i been trien for 5days then it’s insurance but yet she cant give me a legit issue so i can call myself an see whats going on. She sits on the phone if i ask a question about price she doesn’t know until she puts in to fill it well thats why i called also doesn’t know her job because shes reading cash price not my insurance price. So finally i have enough an ask to speak with someone else she literally lies an says noone else is there, when i just heard the woman telling her about no the price amount she gave me is wrong its the one that is insurance price. Then she says it wont be ready till tomorrow. They are open for 4 more hours it normally takes 30 min to 1hr to fill a prescription any other time. So im lik well wat time she says she dsnt know that ill jus have to call tomorrow until they tell me its ready. Idk but walgreens usually reminds me of refills sends me updated status an calls me wen ready. So Walgreens please dont let ashely winters mess up yall great customer services an experience. Im honestly beyond upset and stressed. She definitely needs some training an attitude adjustment an not be a liar an rude. Hopefully yall will act an get her out of Walgreens asap
