they sell your information to scammers here. i got a scam call from “verizon support” the day after not buying anything from this store. this is victra not verizon anyways, they steal money everyway they can. they wanted 250 to set up my phone that’s insane

Nikki was my sale representative. She opened the store by herself and managed multiple customers at once. She helped my buy a new phone, put on my new screen protector and case, and transferred everything from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. She also found me a discount I didn’t know I could get! She was exceptional! I was very impressed at how she managed 5 costumers at one time, all the while making sure all of our needs were met and we weren’t waiting long. I hope she gets the recognition and accolades she deserves!

I had a great experience at this store! I had gone in for a Samsung 23 ultra lavender phone! No one had it in stocks! I was offered other phones that was beautiful, but also was offered to order the phone to come to the store and then we could get it set up! I'm going on vacation and wanted it before I left! Was assured that we could manage that! So that's what we did! Phone actually came in one day earlier! I was called to notify that it was here, but I had already scheduled to come back on Friday to get it all completed! I went in and everything was done to completely satisfy me! I walked our of that store with a beautiful phone and a new great friend! Completely satisfied with this store and their employees! They bend over backwards to help you!

QUALITY.... pay attention.....!!! Never an issue at VERIZON.... I get the help AND the product I need in a timely manner. I used to buy accessories at discount dollar type stores when in a hurry...and the sub value of those products would cost me more in the long run having to buy several repeatedly in a short amount of time... They did not last long and eventually I would end up going to a Verizon store for the best quality. So just go to Verizon from the start. VERIZON products work best for VERIZON products.

I feel the young lady needs to learn better customer service skills. She was dealing with a senior citizen who was confused and stubborn. And she did not have the skills or knowledge needed to explain why this person's bill was late, so high and needed to be paid that day to avoid further charges being added on.On the surface she thought she was being patient. There were all kinds of physical tells that said otherwise.All I got to say now is:Honey, just because we're older, does not make us stupid. We have been where you are and we had more patience for customers than you will ever see in your lifetime. That's because we grew up in a time when being patient with not just a customer but an elderly person was the right thing to do. And before you even walked out on that sales floor you knew all the questions that could possibly come up because your manager took you step by step through all kinds of scenarios. Now, while you are standing there wishing we would go away, our smart selves are thinking 'she's getting no matter how much of her time we take and she can get glad in the same pants she's losing her patience in. Because we are not leaving until my friend understands what her money is paying for'.

Came in the store and we’re greeted right away upon walking in . We needed to switch our services to Verizon and they were very helpful and made it very easy . Great service !
