“I wanted to thank everyone at this location for being polite, professional and extremely friendly from the moment I walked through there door. I was having trouble finding a larger pick up from another location and Ms. Melody called me immediately from her Richland office to let me know she had a 3/4 ton available for me if I wanted it. Once I arrived at the Richland location I was immediately greeted by everyone as soon as I walked through the door. Mr. Landry handled my paperwork and had me in and out of the office very quickly. He was extremely friendly and willing to go out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I am not the type of person who leaves reviews, I’m a laid back guy who don’t like drawing attention to myself but felt this was one instance I felt necessary in thanking all of those at the Richland Enterprise Truck Rental. “Shout out to the folks at Penske! While we were not able to acquire their services due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, they went above and beyond to help us out when their nearest competition, where our original reservation was, decided they wanted to double the price that was quoted in the reservation. Will definitely being using Penske next time I need a rental truck.”
