You call to make a payment and they are never there so it always makes me pay a late fee. If you are supposed to be open till 5:30 why is there never anyone there till then.

I've been a customer for almost 7 years. No complaints until about a year ago. I have always paid my rent on time. New manager locked me out of my unit... I didn't know it until about a week later... I was in the hospital having a baby. I had a lot of stuff I needed for the baby and some of my pre pregnancy clothes in there. Took me 3 days after that to catch the manager in the office to tell her I paid but can't get in my unit. She said it was her mistake. Another time here

One of the nicest storage facilities I have ever used. Used them for about 6 months during a transition from one house to another, and they were great with everything.

Very pleasant experience renting from this company. We had to use them while we were moving because the house we were moving into was not ready on time. The manager was very friendly and helpful through the whole process.
