“Not usually where I go to buy paint, but I was matching what was already used at the house. I was quite pleased with exceptional customer service by Andrew at Hwy 51 location in Ridgeland. I spoke with Andrew over the phone first, he patiently looked up the previous orders and found the paint colors used. He offered the get the paint mixed in advance so that my painter can pick up without delays, and said that I could pay over the phone at pick up time. All went well and the paint matched perfectly. I went to visit Andrew the following day for additional help with paint and he was just as exceptional face to face, way to go Andrew!!!”
“I had already decided on my colors in the Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint. I needed 8 gallons of paint in 4 different colors. The two young men that were present were so helpful. They mixed the paint in about 15 mins or so and even carried it to my car. This was first rate customer service in our Brandon MS store. I will always use Sherwin-Williams paint.”
