I had a very bad experience coming here. Some of the washing machines don’t function properly yet they never put up any signs or paper advising not to use it and once you are aware their not working you have to unload your clothes and move them to another washer and pay yet again. The dryers same deal most of them don’t dry as well I put in a small load in the available dryer I could and 40 mins later my clothes were not dry and I tried in another but the same deal. I was in there 6 hours trying to settle with not many clothes which is ridiculous but apart from that they do not open the bathrooms up to the public so if you have kids you have to cross the street to use the bathroom which is very unnecessary and stressful for a parent. But the worst thing of all is the unfortunate meeting I had with the owners of this place they were unnecessarily rude because they wanted to run us out even though I was just getting my things ready to head out already. I feel very bad leaving this review as I don’t ever want to harm small business but I would like to just advice people with kids and people who take their time to wash their clothes about my experience so that you’re not treated as harshly or abrupt as I was.

I usually go to this washer alot because it’s really better then other car wash . so today I went and washed my car I always use my card to pay there were no problems before and it only cost 2 dollars so when I randomly look into my bank it says ( RICHLAND CAR RICHLAND MS) 10 dollars was taken from me and I don’t understand why ? This is not okay ! I need the rest of my money back !

Thank you so much for the maintenance and upkeep of your facility. As much as I wanted to use my local wash it was not up to par. I am in Richland so much and decided to use your location and was I ever pleased. 1. Your coin machine worked and there was no problem receiving change. 2. You have instructions posted for each step and what the steps detail. This information will be useful for newbies.
(I wish I had taken my second vehicle to your location on this same day as I wasted $10 on 2 stalls in which the high-pressure soap did not work. Although I hated using the brush, after cleaning it, I was afraid of taking the chance of messing up a new paint job.) I will continue to use your facility.

Pressure for wash, full power rinse, and foam brush worked very well. It gets 3 stars. Because the engine cleaner didn't have much chemical or detergent coming out and then the tire cleaner was literally non existent. Also had to figure out some of the controls because there were several that said off. The foam brush said off and the full pressure rinse said off along with the actual off button. Fix those issues and it will get 5 stars. Oh and give us 1 minute for 25 cents like it used to be. Instead of 30 second.

Very rude woman that works in the laundromat part. She feels the need to tell you every little thing that she thinks you’re doing wrong and hovers over you when you just want to do your laundry. Also had a problem with me when I was just trying to get change. Not coming back to this place.

RUDE.I recently moved to Florence and our washer had not been set up yet.The owner of this establishment is hands down the rudest owner of a business I’ve ever met. She hovered the ENTIRE time I was there & every single time I did something different she yelled you’re not doing that right, or that’s not how you do that. Unless you want someone extremely rude and nasty to you the whole time you are trying to wash clothes, I would go elsewhere. Also you better bring cash because they do not have any credit card machines to get coins. I’ll be using the one in Florence for any future needs
