“Nikki was my sale representative. She opened the store by herself and managed multiple customers at once. She helped my buy a new phone, put on my new screen protector and case, and transferred everything from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. She also found me a discount I didn’t know I could get! She was exceptional! I was very impressed at how she managed 5 costumers at one time, all the while making sure all of our needs were met and we weren’t waiting long.
